Negative experience: Let say 1 star because the facilities are clean but if there is 0 rating i will choose that. From customer service to cashier, from there the worst experienced is extremely horrible. The waiting time to meet the GP is more worst. I've waited on my first day there almost 2hrs to meet the GP then if you will not ask the nurse that assigned in the vital section he will not mind to call you if it is already your turn as the PRIORITY ONLY ARE ALL ARABS PATIENT. Very racist!!! Then we finished around 11:30 PM but we are there like 08:55 PM. Very surprised with this Hospital!!! Then on the 2nd day we went there again because we need to meet the GP again for the follow up check up & Lab results as the Urinalysis result is not clear if it is normal or not. It's very weird. But before i met the GP last night, it took me 2hrs to met her. OMG!!! And again, same their is a priority issue. This is my FIRST & LAST visit on this kind of Hospital. Piece of Advice: You should hired people have good hospitality attitude that make your patient comfortable instead of making their illness worst because of the not so good staff. And you should have the system that follows the time or schedule for the patient in order not the other patient waiting for too long. You need to be fair for all the patient, prioritizing other people is not that kind of good attitude for this kind of healthcare environment.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr.diana, from aesthetic & laser clinic, she was very professional and caring, she even put on a calming music while treating me. It was such a great experience, and I would definitely do it again, thanks to ALHnouf, and specially the receptionist batool, they were extremely nice to me. I felt as if I were in a vacation. Negative experience: They have bad organizing when it comes to appointments and times … So never take an appointment because you will wait around 30 to 40 minutes before your consultation anyway and the appointment will not be valid at any point

Negative experience: Stuff without any manners, and thier way in the treatment and speech is very rude and their behaviour is very low. Even they smacked the door behind me, thinking that will move a hair.but they not worth the dust grains that I step on.

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience in this hospital. Some of my friends advised me to go, and in fact they were right. The treatment there is very nice and the staff are kind enough and friendly, especially the receptionists, they are always smiling and answer all your questions and help you.
