Fantastic experience: Good clinic in sharjah with good doctors. Especially Dr Annamma gynaecologist. She cares all like a mother. If we go everywhere we should wait to see doctors take prior appointment to see dr. I Thank mr sachin manager of abrahams who clarify all my doubts about my insurance and he guided me throughout all my visits not only to us to all patients he clears all patients doubt and quries very politley and dedicated staff of the clinic thank all nursing staff and other staffs who helped me through my visit.

Negative experience: Dr is good. But service is very very bad. The patient have to wait minimum two hours with an appointment also. Very bad service..

Fantastic experience: Highly appreciated. Small clinic near rolla park, but extra care received for my child by Dr. Haseena and the nurses. Hope this clinic to expand with lot of modern facilities and to continue its better services for patients always. Very affordable prices and no unnecessary medicines till this time.

Negative experience: It's about waiting time at hospital - we visited the hospital see doctor Annamma, i came as walk in patient, it's take 7 hours( 2:30 to 9:30) to see the doctor. We agree that we didn't take appointment but they not even consider us as a pregnant patient , the reception staffs r not have gud manners, doctor and nurses r really good , request management to organize the waiting time for walking patient too

I would like thanks hospital management to having such a good doctor in the hospital. Staff were friendly and polite . Treatment cost is extremely low as compared to other comparable hospital. Negative experience: The worst clinic in my experience. Fish market is more systematic than this clinic. especially from admin staff and that arrogant sister. We had to wait hours even we had appointment.. no value of time

Fantastic experience: I saw some people complaining about waiting and allowing the walk in patients. I'm a patient of Dr. Annamma. When I was decided to go for a treatment I search about this clinic and 99% of people are positive and the 1% is complained for the waiting not for the Doctor.and I decided in my mind I will always take appointments so This won't be my problem. But when we became a patient we will understand that won't happen because majority of people is coming there for maternity treatment or periods disorders, incase of irregular periods we can't predict when next period will come so the only hope will be the walk in patient, sometimes they will tell a specific date may be you won't get a slot that time also you have to walk in. What I'm saying is if you are getting result don't complain about time. And visited 7 or 8 times to be honest I only booked for 2 rest was walk in and some of them took 2 hours. Summary is they are treating all of the patients equally they assuring every one getting the chance. I wish good luck for Abrahams medical center staffs And God bless all the patients and family.

Negative experience: Very Long wait. If your appointment is at 10 go at 11, you will still need to wait another hour for your turn. Not sure why they have appointment system. Doctors are good though. No value for time but!!

Positive experience: Experienced doctors available. But the facility is not really good. Medical centre is functioning in a very old building and very afraid to use the lifts.( Very old model lift ).I am always take stairs .

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Annama by a friend. She's soft spoken and respects our thoughts. Great gynaec. Listens to what we say and gives good advice. It's such a busy clinic and you might have to book an appointment way earlier as she's available only in the morning and Off on Fridays. From the clinic and service point of view they're ok.

Positive experience: Well known Dr.Annamma. They ask Walk-in patients to reach by 9. And I waited for almost 4 hours and left the place!

Negative experience: Well known clinic , but worst customer service . Taken appointment at 11 am waited until 1 PM. After all documentation done at 11:15 they informed us to wait for call . However no one called until 1 PM . When we checked again they said ‘u are a walking guest’ !! They are not bother to review the booking details . Who ever going they should make sure to check every half and hour about your turn. Don’t wait for their call . Your might end up wasting your time .
