Fantastic experience: 2 days ago, I went to this clinic (Happy Way Medical center Sharjah) for treatment. When I entered. The reception team treated me with great respect and spoke to me in the best possible manner. When I met Dr. Abdul Aziz Chougle. He listened to all my problems in a cheerful tone and treated me in the best possible manner. ( I really liked the doctor's behaviour.) When I went to the laboratory for a blood test, I was treated well there, too. I sincerely thank the doctor, the reception team, and the lab technician.

Especially Dr. Saffana Samad is handling the patients as like her family members. Will not prescribe more medicines. Consultation fees are also normal. Will be affordable for every persons. As per my experience all the staffs are good. Reception staffs, Doctors, Nurses are very respectful and helping mentality.

Negative experience: We use to vist long time there, from last some month there front office services very very bad , They have made kept reciption and patient care who taking blood is very short tempered that day she get angry let’s off noon when called giving wrong information when visted doctor is not there today we traveled from Dubai . Why they keep such staff. I don’t understand what there manger doing please don’t vist people with angry issues are there don’t give your hand or anything to such people. Nurse and doctors the best there mainly female doctor take care of yous like family feel so comfortable with them .

Negative experience: The male GP is not providing satisfactory care. He doesn’t listen attentively to concerns and seems to have an attitude always as though he’s offering free services. He needs to work on to change his attitude and revisit and learn the fundamentals of patient care and diagnosis. If he cannot improve, he should consider leaving the practice. I wouldn’t recommend consulting with this Male GP. Don’t waste your money and time!
