Negative experience: My experience with this clinic was exceptionally disappointing. Following a consultation with a physician, I was referred to the physiotherapy department for assessment. I was informed that treatment would commence upon insurance approval. However, for a period of ten days, I encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the clinic. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via three provided telephone numbers, I received no answer. Furthermore, when I inquired about the cost of services to initiate treatment independently, communication ceased entirely. This prolonged period of silence and the inability to obtain basic information, even regarding pricing, demonstrated a profound lack of customer service. I would not recommend this clinic, and I strongly suggest they invest in comprehensive customer service training to address these significant deficiencies.

What’s even cooler is that they offer custom grillz, which are done perfectly. They truly deliver the best service and give you exactly what you’re looking for the Doctors and the staff is so friendly, Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: JHopkins is truly the best! All the doctors are highly professional. I regularly visit for teeth cleaning and braces adjustments, and Dr. Dina is amazing—she’s not only skilled but also super friendly and approachable. I also see the chiropractor, Dr. Rustom, who has done wonders for my back after an accident. Additionally, I tried their HydraFacial, and my face is now glowing! What I love most about JHopkins is the variety of services they offer all in one clinic. It’s incredibly convenient, and the quality of care is exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic—JHopkins is simply the best!

Negative experience: I don't recommend, I was doing my hair laser removal and the therapist went on vacation and never came back. The receptionist told me by the phone to find me another clinic.

They really care about their patients and went above and beyond to help me and continue to do so. I feel super lucky to be in their care! What a great team!!!

Fantastic experience: May 2, 2023, Jhopskin Medical Center; located in Silicon Oasis. We had a Laser hair removal treatment. We got amazing time bcoz the therapist “Brenda” she’s amazing and we will come back again for the next treatment. Bcoz of the therapist are good and kind. Keep up the good relationships with the clients

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with jhopkins clinic. I took my son for his dental checkup. The services that I received were excellent. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. Especially Pediatric dentist Dr. Dura is such an incredible doctor. Not only she is very professional and understanding, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such professionalism and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Negative experience: I WENT FOR A PCR TEST APRIL 30 SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM and the Operations Manager Ashok took the sample and payment and informed me that will take 12-18 hours max. I needed for next day for travel plans. Now its 26 hours and no sample, so I called the lab and they informed me my name was registered but no sample was given . Thank you J.Hopkins for f&):ing up my Eid plans with my family.
