Positive experience: Kindly come to the medical centre with your recent photograph on white background. Otherwise you will end up paying around 33dhs more for the photograph.

Negative experience: Hospital chargers are too much better to go to private hospitals. Government hospitals should help us expats not to charge more!.

Negative experience: "I recently visited Emirates health services] in [Sharja ] with a rather unusual emergency—a cockroach got stuck in my ear. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by delays and inadequate care. Despite multiple nurses attending to me, none were able to safely remove the cockroach, and the attempts left my ear feeling injured. Given the urgency of the situation, I was disappointed by the lack of immediate medical supervision. While I understand mishaps can happen, I hope the hospital takes steps to improve its emergency response and staff training."

Negative experience: تم حجز موعد عن طريق التطبيق وكان يوم 16 أبريل الساعة 10:14 وبعد قطع مسافة طويله وعند الوصول إلى المركز الساعه 10:00 م اتفاجئ بعدم وجود الموظفين في مركز مليحه الطبي ، للأسف التطبيق من وجهة نظري لايعمل بصورة واضحة وغير مفهوم ومعقد من فضلكم قوموا باصلاح وتطوير التطبيق ليكون واضح ومباشر او عدم استخدامه ويكون بديله الطريقة التقليدية ……. غير راضي ومنزعج منكم

Negative experience: تطبيق بطيء و الاشعارات ما تنلغي حاولت اجدد البطاقة من الموقع و الرابط كلهم نفس الطريقة على شو مسوين فيها تسهيل للعملاء؟

Negative experience: Nurses over there don’t even have manner how to talk, rude and arrogant behavior they are so irresponsible while taking blood sample they talk with eachother and this is what I get after giving blood.

Negative experience: The service here is pretty much unbearable. My brother was admitted here for a surgery and he had intense pain on the 6th day. doctor dhurgahm, a pediatrician- kept on acting all haughty and refused to give proper explanation on why my brother had pain and kept on acting annoyed every time we would ask him a question regarding his health. He said that my brother kept on screaming without any pain and was just acting and ran off without any proper explanation and didn’t let us finish. Turns out there was indeed a problem with the catheter but he was being ignorant so he didn’t know. If you’re a doctor, act like one. Even the nurses act ignorant. When you call them for an emergency, they’ll just sit on the counter and make us wait for 10-15 minutes, whilst they will be talking and laughing. The service here is absolutely horrendous.

Negative experience: I’m getting notified at 12:25 pm for an appointment availability which was for 10:30 am. How useless of an email notification this is.

Negative experience: مع احترامي للحكومة ولكن خدمات هذه المؤسسة تعيسه حيث لا يمكنني تلقي العلاج في المراكز الصحية الا بموعد مسبق ، وانا للاسف لا اعلم متى سامرض حتى اقوم بموعد مسبق

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service! It’s been nearly a month, and the administration office still hasn’t managed to process a simple refund! Their communication is abysmal, and their staff’s incompetence is glaringly evident. It’s either a severe lack of confidence in their own team to make decisions or sheer irresponsibility on their part. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time and dealing with unprofessionalism.

Negative experience: EHS regrettably needs proper governance and process definition, this institution lacks basic communication with its clients. Both my parents are seniors and both are people of determination, according to the published policy, they are entitled to receive a health card. We went through painful appointments and waiting time to obtain a medical report, more painful time to submit the application for each which can only be done online or typing centers only for both to be rejected by the “committee” for no apparent or written reason. Please do not get elderlies to suffer if you have no will to offer them a basic service, health card. If this is the case with everyone, please remove the service from your website and treat people with dignity.

Negative experience: As a local, this is one of the worst services i have dealt with. Calling every day for more than a week to get my medical report ! They have no contact with their technical support!

Negative experience: يرجى من الجهات العليا اغلاق هذه المؤسسة السيئة السمعة لما يقومو به من عملية احتيال على المواطن وعدم اعادة رسوم المعاملات الملغاة بعد اكثر من 3 اشهر من تقديم طلب استرداد المعاملة واتصالات وايميلات بالعشرات وما زالت الوعود مستمرة بدون جدوى

Negative experience: To get a reimbursement form filled is a task here. There is no responsible person here.

Negative experience: لو فيه تقييم بالسالب هيكون اقل شئ الواحد يكتبه .قمه اللامباله وعدم الاهتمام بالعميل اكتر من ٤٠ يوم لمحاوله استرداد مبلغ تم دفعه ولم يتم الحصول على الخدمه الطبيه مقابل المبلغ وتم التواصل اكثر من ١٠ مرات وعشرات الايميلات ولم يتم التواصل ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ

Negative experience: Waited for longtime and no one knows what is the reason for waiting.We are expecting some responsibility and service from this reputed organization

Negative experience: I have been wanting to receive my pre-employment fitness certificate for approximately three days since my job requires that document before the starting. They tell me that they can view my certificate but not send it to me although I need it urgently. When I ask them when will this maintenance be done they say "hopefully today" ..

Fantastic experience: The staff are accomodating especially the guy whos sitting in counter 8 who assisted me, eye to detailed he informwd me that my passport number is wrong ang needs to correct. Also the who did my medical, he is very nice and engaging.

Negative experience: الخدمة جداً سيئة

Negative experience: EHS Medical center cancel my online medical application form due to some errors. I have requested for cancellation and for my refund since 19th April 2023 till date they never returned my money back they keep on saying it under process but never send me any proof and stop responding to my emails. Also EHS website charge 268 AED for online medical application but when you go to there medical center's they charge additional 40 AED service fee without doing anything or providing you details for it. I would never recommed them to anyone they are biggest scammers and will never return you're money back!

Negative experience: A non professional work at all at administration offices , showing a lack of communication and reckless response to customers requests , since almost 3 months now just to make refund for the pending amount , i believe it is lack of confidence in staff to make decision , or staff is not responsible at all ..

Negative experience: أسوأ مقدم خدمات صحية و انا قدمت اكثر من خمسة شكاوى و يتم اغلاقها بدون تقديم الخدمة و موظفين غير جادين و عهود غير صادقة للأسف و استغرب عدم وجود جهة تدقيق او جودة عليهم للأسف مرة اخرى
