Negative experience: مستشفى او عيادة غير منظمة ،، توصل بلا موعد تدخل بسرعه خاصه اذا كانت اول زياره لك ،، لكن بعدها اي موعد تنتظر اقل شي ساعه!! نصيحة اذا عندك موعد روح بعد ساعه

Negative experience: Avoid orthodontist Dr. Samir Maksoud. I know many patients, including myself, who ended up with serious issues after braces removal and had to redo treatment elsewhere. Worst orthodontic experience I’ve had.

Negative experience: الاستقبال سيئ و المواعيد أسوء كيف يعني تحطون لي موعد على وقت خروج الدكتور بعدين تقولون لي والله الدكتور طلع ليش تحطون من الأساس مواعيد ع وقت خروج الدكتور أسوء فرع تعاملت وياه

Negative experience: Arrived 8:30 pm and they said that they are closed while they close at 9:30 . Note no patient were waiting

Negative experience: م عجبني أبدا يوم ادق عليهم م يرن مشكله هم اربع عشرين ساعه ف مستقبل هذا الصراحه شيء سيء منكم م عجبني

Fantastic experience: كانت زيارتي عند الدكتوره ايمان ، دكتوره جدا محترمه ومهتمه ب ادق وابسط التفاصيل وفاهمه شغلها ، واسلوبها راقيي شكرا دكتوره ايمان

Negative experience: اولا : الدكتوره الي دخلت عليها اسلوبها ابد مب حلو الدكتوره العامه جنسيتها الهند العامله بتاريخ 17/4 الساعه 3:00 مساء ثانيا ؛ الصيدليه موظفه عطت الادويه التي المفروض استلمها لناس اخرين وعطوني ادويه انا اخرى يعني حتي الصيدليه مب عارفين شغلهم بدل لايتاكدون بالهويه المريض بشكل صحيح والتركيز في العمل مب تخبيص

Negative experience: زيدو عدد الكراسي مش معقول المريض يتم واقف و يطلب كرسي من الاستقبال يقول ماعندنا يعني بالله عليكم تصرف من موظفين الاستقبال و هذا مركز يتبع لسلسة مستشفيات متطوره على مدى الدولة !؟

Positive experience: it was seamless experience during my visit, from booking appointment until end, all information delivered with crystal clear instructions. doctor explained not in a hurry and always reconfirm to the patient & give such information if there is some possibility treatment to be done which will not covered by insurance fulfill with estimated the cost the hospitality of nurse & staff is superb as well somehow its better with the big hospital services i feel thank you mediclinic zakher

Negative experience: The Staff attitude is really bad ..everytime I visit for my kids or for a medical reason they look upset and not in the mood of work .. in addition of that they are all the time gathered wispering and chatting together leaving the. visitors waiting for long.. Today I had another bad experience with one of the nurses that used a big needle to mix the progestrone injection and injected me with the same one instead of changing it to a small one . the medical center is well located but with irresponssible crew.

Negative experience: Worst mediclinic around. Staff are incompetent. I walked in the reception girl snarled at me, no more interest in being nice polite and friendly. My partners appointment was at 4.30. Mine was at 5. When I arrived she was still in the waiting room not been seen. At 5 or so we started asking people are we going to be seen, they had no answer, “not my department”. At 5.30 we decided to leave… when we asked for our Emirates ID cards back. The dentist was magically available. We then got some sob story about an emergency, which is fine… but did anyone think to say it to us or the other patients? No. Even though we both separately arrived 20 mins before our appointments. Someone could have rang me (the later appointment) and let me know at least it was going to be late… no. We both got seen for 5 mins and told to come back tomorrow after a quick exam and that a similar time would be good. Heard nothing about this appointment… rang a couple of times to no answer. My partner is currently there! She asked what about my appointment because they rang about her appointment. She asked me then was 4.30 ok, I said yes should be there by then. Received the text confirming my appointment for 4pm!!!! Which I cannot make as I am busy! Most disorganised useless people… avoid at all cost! If it’s possible to rate lower I would

Positive experience: the pharmacist changed the medicine to a more expensive one (the wrong one) and made me pay when its covered by insurance

Negative experience: Respond to patients calls, I was calling from 9am till a reached the clinic, disappointed when seeing the phone ringing and no one took the initiative to answer the call.

Positive experience: Its in Al Ain town center. The map is showing Zakir. One of the hospital chains in UAE, Al ain. Went for Covid test and medical test for visa. Costly and the staff are friendly. Waiting time is more due to the crowd. Went to few times for the pcr test. Charging is high and waiting time is long. Close to the town and easily accessible.

Negative experience: للأسف الشديد ان اسم ميدكيلنك كبير ولكن هناك في هذا الفرع جدا صغير لاسباب مهمه ومنها المبنى صغير وضيق وبعرض المراجع للاصابه بالعدوى حيث لا مجال للتباعد عدم وجود كادر طبي كبير يعني طبيب واحد واكثر من ساعتين في الانتظار طبعا بعد طول الانتظار واصوات الكحه والعطاس ولعب الاطفال قررت الانحساب بهدوء وهذا راي الشخصي في مبنى المستشفى والازدحام والافضل ايجاد حل للمريض

Fantastic experience: I took almost 15 sessions of physiotherapy with Dr Manimala for lower back pain. She is very kind and professional. She explained all exercises to me in a systematic way, so that I don't forget. She is not in a hurry and took session for 45 minutes everytime. She gave good hints to manage the pain.The appointments are well-managed and timings are respected very well. I stronggly recommend her for physiotherapy sessions.

Negative experience: Dr. Lizy Josson a doctor from Tamil Nadu, India. I met her this morning at Mediclinic Al zhaker, she was the rudest doctor I ever met in my life, she is not eligible to be a doctor, she was not only rude to me but also left the cabin while I was still talking to her, this is how they behave with their patients ?? That lady should be fired who is spoiling the name of Mediclinic. Although I was not directly booked with her I was sent to her for an advise by other nursing staff. I guess she misbehaved with me because I am a Muslim and not an Emarati, the scenario would have been opposite if I was an Emirati or an Arab National. She is a bad remark on all the doctors, doctors are the ones who we can trust after God but she is a shame!! she should learn to be a human first before calling herself a doctor.

Fantastic experience: As a first time, we entered at 5.00pm and at 5.26 we were done, and at the pharmacy picking up our medicine. Had a great-fast experience. I hope that won’t change over time!
