From the very first appointment, Dr. kamini was incredibly supportive, attentive, and reassuring. She guided us through every stage with compassion, clear communication, and a deep sense of professionalism. My wife always felt heard and cared for, and we truly appreciated the time Dr. kamini took to explain each step and answer our many questions. Negative experience: Never ever go to this place for laboratory related tests. You will get surprises and heart attack. When I tested few days back the results was 638, Since I had a doubt on this, the very next day I did a retest, then it was only 62. They said they will do the investigation. But till today they have no answers for this magical figure.

Negative experience: What kind of bad staff do you have Tell the reception staff, we didn't come to buy rice for free. The whole staff was screaming like a market. please, hire professional staff. Please teach the receptionists how to talk to peaple well very very bad experience

Negative experience: A HORRIBLE AND HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH DR JAMEELA @MOH @DHA @SHA I would like to share my (rather unpleasant) experience of what I recently experienced at this clinic. I am very unhappy with the services of the clinic especially one doctor... I do not recommend Dr.Jameela...under any circumstances... I underwent three root canals under her ..I guess she didn't do a proper job ..everytime I went to her I had severe pain the next day...until the next week ! Also, because of her unprofessional care ..I had infection under my rootcanals which formed a huge lesion and cyst and I had to surgically have it removed and now I have to take leave from work in order to recover. All because of the carelessness on the Doctor's part! How can a doctor not be aware of what she's doing? Now they're even refusing to give my reports and scans ... something I've already paid for...is this ethical? I am merely trying to spread the word so another person doesn't go through this very disappointing treatment... nobody should have to go through this...

Negative experience: Very Poor service. Nursing are roaming around the clinic and making noise like market.Sick patients can't sit on waiting area because of ttheir noise.No one have even a mininum manners. Campare to other clinics they charged more. Only because of Dr. Rishikesan we visited here. Dr. Rishikesan is oneof the best doctor in UAE, but the place is not suitable for him.Never we will come again, and not recommend to others.

Negative experience: Not recommended Dr. Jameela… I visited Dr. Jameela for my dental treatment. She suggested me root canal treatment and explained me very detailed as I was doing root canal for the first time. She gave me appointment for 4 sessions and did the treatment and. She didn’t recommend the cap after the treatment. During a vacation, I experienced swelling in the gum around the same tooth and sought a second opinion from a dentist in India. The X-ray results revealed that the root canal procedure had not been performed. I am disappointed that the root canal treatment I paid for was not completed as required, leading to further complications and costs. I hope this review serves as valuable feedback for others seeking dental care.

Negative experience: Staff are unprofessional and they dnt guide in proper way. Having assumptions that we patients know hospitals rules. Report are not send by email and even appointment they are not notifying.

Negative experience: Arrogant and rude attitude by Doctor and nursing staff, 2-3 hours is normal waiting time though nursing staff is busy chatting and watching YouTube, reason given by Nursing staff for poor service is that they don’t receive salary on time so don’t care about patients and complain. Arrogance and Rude centre not medical centre.

Negative experience: I would like to express my dismay in the radiology department of this clinic. I asked for an appointment and they confirmed it only through verbally and when I called again to reconfirm it they are denying the confirmed time that they gave me. The person on duty is very rude. The receptionist is clueless of the job that they have and no customer service skills at all. very horrible service. I hope the management would take action for this since you were supposed to provide health aide to the people not additional stress for the patients that wanted to seek the help of medical professionals. I am very disappointed

Negative experience: Make sure before proceeding……‼️‼️ We have visited 3 times for gynecologists And when we requested for traveling certificate they are charging for that. Any other places no one is charging for that certificate

Positive experience: Doctors are good, but the other staff is not well trained and dedicated to their work. There is no proper management of the medical centre in every aspect.

Negative experience: I went along with my wife today the 1st of April 2024 for a flu shot .I went to the receptionist who was Mr.Shuhaib Kadanna Kandiyil who took our id cards. We were the 4th set of patients to be seen.After the first 3 patients went in,he ignored us completely and started to attend many more patients after us.After I complained to him,he said that they were patients who needed special attention as they were not customers who came for flu shots.This was an absolute lie as he was ALSO attending to customers who came for flu shots and who came after us.All of his colleagues(except Dr.Sahla)vigourouslysupported his extremely poor service,especially the lady who sits next to him,and began to make useless excuses for his poor behaviour In the end we were there for nearly 2 hrs although we were the 4th patient behind 3 others who were there for flu shots with no one else there. I GOT THE DISTINCT IMPRESSION THAT EITHER I HAD TO LOOK/BEHAVE LIKE HIM AND HIS COWORKERS AND/OR SPEAK HIS LANGUAGE BEFORE I COULD GET ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I can help it,i will never again visit this clinic 0/5

If u go this clicnic for any simple thing , your one day finish just u sit in this clinic

Negative experience: What is the use of a centralised call centre? The direct number of the doctors' medical centre sharjah is not given on the site, and only the call centre number is given. They will advise you only to call Sharjah directly, which will be open at 9 a.m. The call centre people don't know the timing of doctors, and those who want to know the timing of doctors have to wait till 9 a.m. to get the centre opened. It is really a waste of time.

Negative experience: Not at all satisfied with the clinic and it's doctors, Had several visits to this clinic some of the staff don't know the correct way to communicate with the patients even if it is on call there way of speaking is inappropriate and sometimes rude, we can understand that they are busy but there is a way and manner of communication, Some of the general practitioners are unprofessional, Dr.Smitha specifically she doesn't have proper answers to our queries and she keeps on referring us to other doctors even for problem as simple as cold, flu and headache so then why is she even a general practitioner. And even for simple issues they ask us to do many tests such as blood, urine etc... Also I have experienced and noticed that they do not consider any emergency cases until and unless all their paper work is done they do not consider whether the patient is in severe pain they will keep them on waiting until their turn comes and until all the paper work and forms are filled. Extremely long waiting time it would have been better if they make an appointment system so it would be more manageable for the doctors the patients and the staff unnecessarily chaos would not be created. Once this incident happened that we waited for a long time and by the time our turn came they asked us to go back because the duty time got over for the doctor so all this time we waited for the doctor was totally useless and we had to return and come back the next day with a long waiting time again.

Negative experience: All those requiring attested sick leave certificate do not go here they are not issuing it anymore

Positive experience: Visited ENT Dr Shireen here. We were visiting her in NMC before. Visits went well. Please note, there is no wifi in this clinic. Wi fi name was showing but the receptionist told it's not for the patients .

Negative experience: Dr Kamini was the angle of my life when I was so worry for not having kids she treated me for six months Alhumdulillah now my first daughter is 17 years n I have 3 boys it’s long back I met the best lady doctor in my intire life Alhumdulillah

Negative experience: Disappointing visit, wasted my time and money here. The clinic: made me sign blank insurance forms and charged me for consultation even before the consultation happened. Unprofessional management. The doctor (Dr. Kamini Naik): Asked me to give tests without explanation on the need and got offended on questioning and refusing some of the test. No empathy and understanding.

Fantastic experience: It’s a family of doctors and nurses who are focused on patient care. They accept most insurances without unnecessary wait. Haven’t seen any patient leave unsatisfied so this is a huge plus point.

Fantastic experience: Client centered care, what more can I say? Nice doctors. Usually am scared of visiting doctors but it wasn’t so here. They don’t have all the services but focused on the most needed services.

Positive experience: A good medical center in sharjah where you can find general, dental , physio and internal medicine doctors. When I went there pediatric doctors where not there. The center is clean and well maintained. The receptionist is also very fast in booking appointments and registration.

Negative experience: If you have free time in your life then you should visit this clinic as there is no use of taking appointments as doctors don’t even come to clinic on time

Negative experience: One of the worst medical center...doctor does not treat kids as kids. Just money making machine for blood test and other tests...they will call again and again for making money for all small things..

Positive experience: The only clinic in sharjah which i visit. The appointments are sometimes delayed but the staff is so nice and cooperative,the obg gynae kamini is the best doc she is so nice, helpful and cooperative and deals with her patients like family.

Negative experience: The worst service from the few nurses. They are very rude and useless. We cannot discuss anything confidently with doctor. Either they keep the door open or advising doctor on medicines. They think that they are the doctors. The service at the reception is good.

Negative experience: There is no use of taking an appointment on the call. When u go there still u have to register ur self n it is same like a walk in as they take ur emirates ID n put it next to each other. And then u have to wait for ur name to be called. It can take up to half an hour so suggested u not to go if ur in emergency.

Positive experience: Dr.Kamini Naik , Good Gynec doctor for Pregnancy ,Tips for normal delivery, yoga and Lactation Consultation.

Negative experience: Very Worst customer service

Negative experience: Bad PCR testing services. Unprofessional handling at reception. Never pickup phone. PCR RESULT took more than 38 hrs to receive on (3rd Jan morning 9:30 tested, result received 23:30hrs on 4th Jan. If you are planning to travel with the pcr result, or need to join back on duty after receiving the results, don't opt for here. No scope for enquiry as they never answer the calls.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. The Philipno attendant is so RUDE. Highly unprofessional. It's a clinic where patients need to be attended, not scolded. Services are not free. Courtesy is part of every organization...

Negative experience: Worst services that you could ever expect; staff is highly unprofessional. Operators doesn't pick up the calls and by mistake if they pick up; you will hear them hanging up the line. You go for PCR and wait for 30mins for the nurse to come and assist you. Zero work ethics prevail in this clinic.

Negative experience: we are very unhappy with service of DMC. My spouse has covid test at DMC on 30 January 2021 at 10 AM. However till today at 31st January at 11 PM, we have not received reports. We have called multiple times at DMC for follow-up but there was no proper response. Further even by phone DMC told report is negative. However we have not seen any reports neither any sms. They told reports are are done at Dar Al Hikma laboratory. So, We tried to call that laboratory,  but no one picks call at laboratory for whole day. At 10 30 PM , some reception staff of Dar Al Hikma laboratory told that they have not received any sample on my spouse name on 30 January. So its huge mistake by DMC staff by 1) Not responding for reports 2) Giving wrong feedback that report is negative which was old report 3) delay in sending sample to laboratory This is very serious issue.

Negative experience: Poor caring of test samples for COVID-19.Don't go for RT PCR test.If someone use test results for traveling purpose.The test results maybe change , staffs are not caring about it.This will make troubles and confusions.

Positive experience: I visited Dr.Kavya Dinakar for consultation. I found her to be very unprofessional, all she was interested was to do some procedure without even the need of it.She was trying to force me to get the procedure immediately even when it was not a major issue n was avoidable. I felt the Doctor was only interested in money. I'm highly unsatisfied.

Positive experience: I visited the clinic only for the Covid test. The results are received in 12 hours and pricing is attractive. I only felt the man in charge sitting in the reception is irresponsive, non attentive. Some of the administration works felt unprofessional. I’m not sure about the doctors as I didn’t consult them.

Negative experience: I am sure the doctors would be fabulous at their jobs as studies cost a fortune & none would let that go in vain. My plea is not about the doctors but the answering system or so called reception. 4 tries to bypass the automated lady to reach the reception guy who picked up the call like it was scheduled to be his day off but the management dragged him to the desk in his PJs or probably he mistook the phrase 'to keep a low profile'. Tried again to reach the same reception I spoke few seconds ago to book an appointment but then again their automated system was taken to a higher level of security that a normal working guy's IQ couldn't bypass. Pathetic answering service which leaves the most foul response team at shame.
