I truly appreciate Dr. Halima for her excellent care and professional treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to replace missing teeth—she’s amazing!

Fantastic experience: Dr Halima (dentist) was absolutely amazing. I recently had scaling and bleaching done by her, and the experience was excellent. Her assistant, Dani, was also super helpful not just during the appointment but both before and after the procedure as well. I’d highly recommend them to anyone seeking dental services.

Negative experience: Receptionist are not friendly and rude. There is almost long waiting time.

Negative experience: I just don’t understand why a follow up blood test , I still need to wait 30mins..

Negative experience: Terrible pediatrician with the name Karla..this doctor has put zero effort in diagnosing our child and simply told us there is nothing of concern..our child suffered at night and we had to rush her to the Danat Emarat hospital to discover that she had serious infection in the blood. These kind of doctors and clinics need to be seriously shutdown and legally brought to court for such negligence.

Our doctors, Dr Tahira & Dr Carla are always pleasant whenever they attended me / my kids., they talk to us about our health issues, theyre friendly and explain very well what we needed to do in order for us to get better! Negative experience: Terrible service I have visited 12th of March. Blood test done from family medicine and gynaecology. Got a blood test result on 17th of March. But Not from gynaecology. Called 5 times to email me the results if it comes out. It’s been 2 weeks but still I haven’t got any email and any notification.

Positive experience: The clinic is ok, but it's really hectic and so hard if you want to check with your doctor regarding certain issue. No extension number that you can get or what's app number. The only way is to call the operator that is gonna tell the nurse of your doctor, and If you are lucky then after 2 days you will receive that promised call. Even I have sent an email two days back and no reply . So it's really disappointing all of the hassle you go through.

Fantastic experience: I am an American who has worked abroad most of my adult life. I have had my teeth cleaned in many countries, Dr Luna Khzaie in Al Bandar is by far the best dentist I have utilized. She is personal and dedicated to her profession!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr Ayesha and Nurse Hannah for such exceptional care of myself. I was so unwell and the care I received instantly had made me leave the clinic feeling so much better. Nurse Hannah you have a very gentle hand when cannulating me and have been such a beautiful nurse towards me, thank you so much.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience at Health plus Al bandar, started with a rude receptionist and ended with an unprofessional doctor. After my consultation with Dr Jawaria Shuja I was sent home in considerable pain and without the prescription she had said she would write me. The prescription was then emailed to me almost 10hours later without an explanation or apology. After enquiring I was told by the nurse that the system was down. An unlikely excuse as the system seemed to be working perfectly fine when I arrived and again when I paid for the appointment. Aside from this I found her lack of interpersonal skills extremely concerning and was subjected to further phone calls regarding her prognosis. She became aggressive and argumentative when I asked some simple questions about the test she had ordered. I lodged a formal complaint against the doctor and was informed by the medical director that she was only filling in and not a permanent staff member. Their website seems to say otherwise.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to visit HealthPlus, Al Bandar, at short notice. ALL the staff displayed a level of professionalism, care and kindness that was above and beyond expectations. Negative experience: Sitting in the clinic right now. Today is Sunday and website says they open at 8am. I came here exactly at 8am and there is NO ONE except housekeeping. Unbelievable. Why would one put 8am as opening time if there no one here. I drove from dubai to do my glucose test, fasted for 9 hrs, just to come here and find no one here. It is really unpleasant experience, especially being pregnant.

They need to cut down the waiting period as y have to wait for long even after appointment. The dental department is our most visited department. Fantastic experience: Healthplus Family Clinic Al Bandar is the best clinic I have ever been. The staffs are very friendly and kind! I've been visiting here for 3 years now and I always forget to leave a review to specially thank my doctor in Obgyn, Dr. Neha. She never fails me ever since. She's been a great help for me overall. She made me feel comfortable to talk openly around her and with her assistant - and it's very rare to find like her from other hospitals/clinics. She's very knowledgeable, very professional, and very patient to explain everything to me when I have concerns/questions. It is not like she will answer you for the sake of answering you. You will feel her genuineness towards her clients to make them feel safe and being taken care of. Because of this, I have only been getting appointments for other specialized doctors in Healthplus. I would highly recommend Healthplus and Dr. Neha for Obgyn.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Neha at health plus albandar for my pregnancy. Dr Neha is the kind of doctor who you can completely trust , she is to the point and explains everything in detail. She makes you feel relaxed during the check ups. I had a emergency c section , my baby's heart beat had dropped during a routine checkup at healthplus, as the delivery couldn't be done in the clinic I went to Danat hospital immediately. Dr Neha arrived immediately behind me and ensured the whole team in Danat acted urgent. The moment I saw her pushing the whole team to act fast I knew she would be doing everything in her power to keep my baby safe. Dr Neha is extremely passionate about her work, I have seen very few people so dedicated to their work. The nurses and the receptionist at the clinic are very kind and polite.

Negative experience: I went to health plus for some assistance and I’m afraid to report that the care and customer service is greatly lacking. I’ll call you tomorrow really means never. The doctor will read your X-rays and schedule an appointment actually means goodbye. Healthplus mission and vision proudly displayed on the walls is just not true.

Negative experience: Horrible & Inhuman Clinic. Went to see GP Dr. Tahira with my wife who was extremely unwell. By mistake the appointment was booked for the next day by us. Dr. came out and notices my unwell wife and says I’ve two patients and end my shift in 30mins. When did Doctors forget their oath of helping people?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Healthplus (Bandar branch) for years and overall have been impressed with their quality of doctors. I love the fact that it’s a one stop shop for various medical needs be it the family doctor or a great gynae (Dr Neha is very popular for a reason). My only criticism is that they had 2 wonderful dentists both of whom left. Initially Dr Maher and then more recently Dr Jenny Hoy who is one of the best dentists around. Today I had a really positive experience from start to finish which is my motivation for writing this review. The receptionist Julie is always smiling and helpful. Dr Carla saw to my son’s injury and was so gentle and thorough. She was actually fully booked when I called the clinic but offered to see my son during her lunch break. The nurse Zainab who cleaned up my son’s wound had great bedside manner and was really patient with my son. Thank you very much for seeing us promptly and providing us with the medical attention required with the utmost care.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend Dr Batuol as she is one of the best dentists in the world! Seriously I had so many bad bad dentist experiences and had been looking for the ONE last 10 years! I finally found her! I usually get really nervous during the treatment but she is very kind, gentle and very professional. No pain and perfect treatment. She knows what she is doing and what the best for a patient is. She explains all the details so that I can understand clearly. The nurse Ms Louella is also very professional and has good knowledge so that she supports Dr Batuol very well. All the procedures are so smooth. They are the best team together. Lastly, The receptionist Ms Julie is great too. always friendly, efficient and helpful. Fantastic experience: Having tried a few clinics in Abu Dhabi, this one is by far the best. Rarely have to wait, all the staff are brilliant and they have great doctors, especially Dr Khokar. Also helps that it is in a beautiful location with some good coffee shops next-door!

Fantastic experience: The clinical doctors are very kind and explains all details. This is our family clinic. We visit Sally, Neha, Radia and dental hygienist. Nurses are very supportive and helpful. Hygiene is very good. The clinic is small and easy reachability. I would equally give good rating for doctors and nurses. The receptionists are good.

Negative experience: No experience dentist named batol, after 20 min trying to remove my Wisdom tooth she said you need to see another doctor and left me in pain Just she want to leave her duty early because it was Eid , unprofessional and have no idea about her job
