Negative experience: Worst clinic ever!! Not professional with their schedules at all. A lot of in between appointments which will make you wait 2 more hours for your booked appointment. Very bad

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment with Dr. FATIN at 8:00 pm and I received 4 reminder calls from the two Philipno ladies on the reception to attend the appointment Throughout the day! Finally when I reach the appointment at 8:10 pm they told me that doctor left the clinic cause I’m late! While they could had inform me through the calls that dr will leave so I could reschedule the appointment to another day! Note: most of the time, we wait to see the doctor at the clinic for 1 extra hour and some times for 2 hours just waiting for the doctor to become free even if we arrive before our original appointment time!!! I’m really upset with my experience today , I’m an special need person and the clinic is far away from my home, I got tired because of driving to the clinic and not finding the doctor at the end!! Fantastic experience: زرت العيادة مشان خلع ضرس العقل وكنت خايفة كتير من العلاج لكن الحمدلله ماحسيت بأي ألم والتعامل جدا كان سهل ومريح مع الدكتور عمر..أوصي به بشدة.

Negative experience: الرسبشن اسلوبهم غير لطيف كل ما أوصل العيادة يأخروني وانا اكون واصله قبل الموعد بوقت ولكن يأخروني، وهذي المشكله حصلت الكثير من قبل وليست اول مره . The receptionists' manner is not nice. Every time I arrive at the clinic, they make me late, and I usually arrive before my appointment time, but they make me late. This problem has happened a lot before, and it is not the first time.
