Negative experience: Unorganized

Negative experience: It's unprofessional how they speak with clients and not organizing their jobs. Since a few month I'm going there and every time , they change the appointment, every time they have a new reason. I'm taking always my appointment early and fix my schedule as per that, then they will come and change it. My appointment it should be today and yesterday the reception lady called me to change also, and when I said it's not good like that and i will not come again, she doesn't care . So they don't care about clients reviews.

Fantastic experience: I had difficulty finding a dentist in UAE that could understand my requirment and concern with dental procedures.. that is why Im so happy to have met Dr. Mohamed Al Lahham, with very high expertise i never had any issues with any procedures, it has always been quick and precise and easy for me, he always took care and make me decide with him the options i have.. his Nurses were angels with very long patience and very caring as well, i had suffered with locked jaw sometimes and they were very patience and helpful even holding my jaw to make sure im comfortable. Once you enter the ckinic you already feel welcome the staff are nice and thoughtful.. Very greatful and happy with AG Care.
