Fantastic experience: My daughter had her teeth fixed through braces by Dra. Sameeksha Gupta for around 2 years in this clinic. Overall experience was amazing and satisfactory and you can really feel how Dra. Gupta is so passionate with her job and takes care of my daughter Lyra with her braces management- from jnstallment to monthly adjustment and up to the braces removal. We really recommend this clinic- they have very professional and amazing Doctors, Friendly nurses, and Friendly receptionist. We will miss Dra. Gupta and we wish her all the best!

Negative experience: I had my denture done here last year with the promise of a good 5 year use without problem…. A year and a half later, it broke. They blame it to the lab, how convenient!!! They dont even offer a replacement but a 10% discount is all they for a new set!!!!!

Negative experience: I have regrets of doing my braces here after 2years of wearing braces when it was removed its not perfect straight..still deformed some of my tooth, and the invisaligner was so expensive I pay 800 dhs..while realizing other dental clinic in Dubai offers free invisaligner after braces removal...not good for recommendation to friends.. Only good thing about them is just clinic is clean and staff is accommodating but service POOR and pricey

Fantastic experience: Recommend Dr. Annaleah De Los Santos Yim for impacted wisdom tooth surgery first is very kindly dentist with assistance i don't remember the name of assistance but same accommodating, then next i have no feeling pain actually like anesthesia injection and tooth removal, I felt a little but not that bad, Dr. Annaleah is very good general dentist and handling how to pull out an impacted wisdom tooth like mine. I was very nervous at first but the doctor was just chill as if nothing happened to them and just laughed and chatted while they pulled me out and always asked me if I was okay and if I didn't feel any pain Dr. Annaleah cares so much about her patient. Negative experience: Salute to your Receptionist who agreed to let me make an appointment but when I arrived suddenly because I didn't have a referral they said I wasn't allowed to be checked by the doctor. Bad service at all. I wasn't even given a chance to be checked by the Doctor.

Negative experience: I don’t know what is the purpose of having an appointment yet they cannot accommodate as scheduled. Arrived before the appointment time and waited for 2 hours. Very inefficient scheduling by the receptionist. If the scheduled patient did not come on time, they should not ne catered when they arrived on someone else’s time. What a bummer!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to the clinic was a very good and luckily (short) one! i came for tooth extraction and I would like to give a huge shoutout to the sweetest Dr. Joseph wong he was very nice and explained everything in detail and provided advice and listened to me carefully. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a Genuine smile. I didn't make an appointment as I was a tourist from the UK and couldn't commit my self with the limited time we tourist have. I was happily seen by Dr Anurha and her assistant Nurse Salina both were very professional and went in to detail with the treatment for my pain after loosing my gold filling from 2 of my tooth. There and then they took an x-ray and treatment within minutes (painless) as she kept extra eye on if I was in any discomfort but all very well handled. After I was discharged I had in my mind a question about the bite posture and pain in my jaws for a long time I was immediately offered to speak with the orthopaedic Dr Gupta and her Assistant Nurse Jenny... all in all I finished off with the best advise a peace of mind. End of all I was offered a 10% discount for a new patient by Gladys at front reception... I could only say the best dentist appointment I attended in my life... compared to the fears over the years in the UK... dentist in Dubai are the best. So don't think twice if your in Dubai and need to be seen by the Dentist without any fear.

Negative experience: I won’t be returning to this clinic. I had a cleaning and a front tooth filling on December 31st, but the filling broke just three weeks later. I had it redone on January 26th, only for it to break again today, February 1st. The last filling I had lasted over five years, so this is clearly poor-quality work. I’m tired of the subpar treatment and wasting money on it.

Negative experience: The dentist was very harsh it felt like he is in very hurry and it hurt so much even after 30 minutes of cleanup i still felt sensation in my teeth never ever going back after such miserable experience.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now, but today left me feeling very disappointed. I went for a braces adjustment, and the process was handled by a new dentist. The entire adjustment didn’t even take more than 10 minutes. During my previous visit, the dentist mentioned that I could have my braces removed in about two months, but today’s dentist—a new one—was unable to provide me with any clear answers. When I asked him when I’d be able to remove my braces, he simply said he didn’t know because it was his first time seeing me. I understand he’s new, but what’s the point of maintaining patient records if he can’t reference them to answer a simple question? The previous dentist was able to explain things clearly, so I don’t understand why this one couldn’t. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered a dentist who gave me such an unhelpful response. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I plan to finish my treatment here since I’ve already started, but I won’t be returning or recommending this clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: I began my journey with Creative Smile in November 2023. During my free consultation, I learned just how much work my teeth needed. I had at least five teeth that were beyond saving, 16 that needed fillings, and my teeth were incredibly crooked. I knew I needed a lot done, removing the teeth that couldn’t be saved, fixing the ones that could be, and straightening everything out so I could finally feel confident with my smile. From the very first visit, I was in great hands with Dr. Christine George. She’s truly amazing! I’ll admit, I was a bit ashamed at first. I hadn’t prioritized my dental health for years, and I was worried I’d be judged for it. But Dr. Christine was so professional and accommodating. I never felt judged, just supported. She listened carefully to my concerns and assured me she could help. Now, she’s working with me to transform my smile. She extracted my expired teeth and been filling the ones needed, one at a time, always with much care. She placed me on a metal braces program to fix my awfully crooked teeth. Btw, Dr. Christine even knows a bit of Tagalog, which I find so endearing! She’s got a great sense of humor and always makes sure I’m comfortable and relaxed during every procedure. Her encouragement has made all the difference in this journey. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Creative Smile. Negative experience: Although the clinic is good, I do not like the fact that I had a change of dentists thrice throughout my braces treatment (It’s been 10 months) The first orthodontist and the second dentist were good, but last dentist was the worst out of all. I decided to not complete my braces treatment anymore because of how unsatisfied I am with Ms. Gupta’s work. I feel like I wasted 3 months of time and money because of how bad my teeth have become since she took my case. Very unprofessional, no proper cleaning and ofc prolonging my braces treatment unnecessarily (not closing the gaps for 3 months, bringing down a tooth more than necessary). The previous doctors were good which is why I have nothing against the clinic but please be considerate of your patient.

Negative experience: Not recommended! It is my third visit here, but the receptionist still asks if I have a record and borrows my Emirates ID each time. I always make an appointment before I come. Why do you confirm my appointment for a specific time if you cannot adhere to it? What is the purpose of an appointment if I have to wait for an hour and a half? Additionally, while the dentist was filling my teeth, they were repeatedly disturbed by requests and calls, leading to several interruptions. This frequent disruption affected the quality of my filling. It’s been two weeks, and my tooth is still sensitive and painful, the filling has broken, and I cannot even try to floss it. Furthermore, if you confirm an appointment with a specific doctor, it should mean that the doctor is available. Please do not make excuses on the day of the appointment that the doctor’s schedule has changed, resulting in a different doctor performing the procedure. If you have a chance, try to look for other clinic with same service, fees, and well organized.

Negative experience: I did tooth filling last week and again I came back as I am in pain.The Dr.again checked and did it,at the same time I asked to do another filling in my other tooth as eventide I eat the food stocks in the middle.Unfortunately nothing was done properly for both teeth.

Negative experience: in my experience the service of their dental clinic is not good! I paid for 150AED for cleaning my teeth and rubber changing for my braces yet the doctor who serviced me did not clean my teeth properly. She only cleaned the bottom part of my teeth and did not include the top part of my teeth. What is the purpose of paying 100 if you dont clean all of my teeth? She only cleaned it for about 20mins? In my whole experience in cleaning my teeth i have never encountered this kind of service!!!

Since it was a Sunday, it was understandably a busy day. The waiting hour was longer than the procedure itself, which took less than half an hour. When my name was called, Dr. Mon and his dental assistant greeted me warmly. My fear, anxiety, and overthinking melted away as they made me feel comfortable with their gestures and tone of voices. Surprisingly, I didn't feel any tingling during the procedure. I was totally relaxed. The result was superb; my fixed teeth looked and colored the same as my original ones. When Dr. Mon handed the mirror over to me, all I could say was, 'Wow.' The only difficulty I encountered was arriving too early, given that it was a busy Sunday. Although they have many dentists, the number of patients is high. I recommend scheduling your appointment beforehand to ensure timely service. Thank you also to the "Ate" at the reception. She noticed I had been waiting for a while and took the time to make sure I was okay with the extended wait. I highly recommend this clinic; you'll feel at home with them. The price is lower than most clinics, but the quality of the result is highly competitive. Thank you again, Dr. mon!

Negative experience: If there is something I regret in my life is visiting this clinic, in the beginning I did 3 zircon crowns the shape is fine colour also good and matching and gingivectomy well done the only problem is my teeth becomes very sensitive and hurt especially when I drink even normal temperature water , the catastrophe is when I decided to do the forward tooth crowns , my tooth was good and not having a big problem I wanted to do it just because it was filled and wanted to make it look better as it becomes coloured after the filling, she didn’t check the normal teeth colour and placed a very white crowns that looks weird, big , and ugly, when I complained she started to rub the intact tooth and placed a white paste to make it look similar, so she broke one of my intact tooth and placed a screw or I don’t know what they call it so it can support the teeth and made the crown and asked me to pay for although it was not my fault and my tooth was intact and good , nothing of this worked and I was very annoyed to smile as my tooth became worst than it was , I complained and they changed the crowns , the colour was better than the first ones but now because of her mistakes my original tooth have space in between because she polished and rubbed it and it was not necessary and the shape is not matching it looks very bad and weird and big and ugly , now I have to pay in another clinic and redo all of them . Please be careful guys

Negative experience: Bad Customer Service: We are a family of three who tried to find a dental clinic for myself, my husband, and our daughter. Unfortunately, the customer service representative who answered the call, or even on their WhatsApp, seemed disinterested in having us as customers. At the very least, they could have had the decency to reply and inform us if the appointment was uncertain. We showed up twice for the appointments they offered, only to find out that the dates and times were already booked with other clients."

Fantastic experience: Hi..I did 2Filling and 1RootCanal with Dr.Vaishanavi Pathak..I feel comfortable and relax wih her nothing pain at all..I highly recommend her to my friends. And Im glad to comeback again with her service. Thank you doc for treating me good.

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom tooth removed (1 surgery and 1 normal extraction) with Dr Vaishanavi Pathak and i must say, it was one of the most pleasant experience that i have with any dentist in Dubai. She’s very nice in all of the removal procedures and gave me a step by step guidance before she did anything. I didn’t feel a thing. Definitely would recommend her to my friends and will come back to her for my dental cleaning routine next time.
