Negative experience: I spoke to them three times to send my tests and my request was ignored. When I asked for the tests, the doctors sent me to other doctors to gain schedules and profit from insurance. The worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmad Alaskan very delicate and professional at his job. I did teeth implants and extraction and to be frank. My experience was painless and smooth. I highly recommend. The place is also very hygiene and convenient overall deserves a 5 star.

Negative experience: The receptionist are very unprofessional and rude especially the Moroccan lady!! No respect, no courtesy, just attitude and hostility. This is the first person patients interact with, and it sets a terrible tone. Completely unacceptable for a hospital with this reputation. I would not recommend this hospital.

Negative experience: Mediclinic was very slow, the staff were unprofessional, and everyone I dealt with was cold and unhelpful. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

She greeted me with the warmest smile and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She made the check-in process super quick and easy, and even took the time to show me exactly where I needed to go. She handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care ,it’s clear she truly values the well-being of everyone who walks in. Negative experience: I went to the hospital with high temperature and the reception desk was very rude and kept telling me my thiqa was not top tier so to go to another hospital while I never faced such issues with any hospitals in UAE and I am an Emirati resident. They kept telling me the person in charge was at home and he said in WhatsApp there was no solution. I told them this is not an excuse and there is no such policy to tell someone sick to go to another hospital without reviewing the case and paperworks that I showed in thiqa application. I highly don’t recommend coming to this hospital and they listened to me after I complained about their service.

The treatment room was no better — slow, uncaring, and disorganized. Instead of helping, they made me feel worse. This is not how a hospital should treat patients.

Fantastic experience: Im happy with the services of mediclinic Khalifa city. We dont need to wait for long time and the doctors and nurses are friendly regardless of your nationality. The only complain i have is the pharmacy its always long wait because of insurance approval. I went their on sunday evening but unfortunately until now i didn't get the medicine in which the pharmacist said it will be deliver.

Positive experience: I experienced long queues and waiting times at the reception even in presence of an appointment, average facility although it's kept quite clean. To raise the bar one of the physiotherapists Moza Almeraikhi. I have done physiotherapy for years in Etihad Medical Center Burjeel al Zeina, NMC but here, although it's only 30 minutes per session, and without a particular diversity of instruments (Tecar Therapy machine for example is not available), Moza makes the most out of those 30 minutes, applies the pads electrodes attentively and not just randomly, she guides you through the exercises at the end of the session and she is genuinely caring and helpful. Please value such employees as they are those who make the difference and let the patients choose to come back when there are so many options around.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience yesterday as I went to see my Gynaecologist as I waited for my medication for so long and they were still people who have not been help yet. I think asked my Gynaecologist to help me with the script I will get the medication else where. Then the pharmacy said they will do a home delivery I should write my number and address down upon my departure to going home . I think waited for an hour to see if they will call me but no one did and I didn’t get my medication that I needed to take last night. Sadly they didn’t even bother to let me know that they won’t deliver I kept calling the call centre agent to connect me with Khalifa city pharmacy but they was no luck as all I’m so hurt and very much disappointed by the service I got.

Fantastic experience: It was quite challenging for me to find the right dentist through many years until i was higly recomended to be consulted by Dr Ahmed Iamd Alsakar in Mediclinic Khalifa City. My case was complex which requires implants, crown, root canals, re open of root canals ,gum restoration and i was very impressed with the profesionalism ,experience , knowledge where from my first appoitment i felt finally i am in the right place. Dr Ahmed outlined a dettailed treatment plan and i was able to see the results within 3 visits and now we are almost in the end of the process i can finally be able to smile with confidence once again. Moreover Dr Ahmed always educated me at th end of the visit about the procedures i need to follow at home and his punctuality of the appointments is unmactchable and i never have to wait even one minute for my turn to start the treatment. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience at NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City Emergency Department I visited the emergency department at NMC Royal Hospital in Khalifa City with severe pain in my hand that started radiating to my back and chest—symptoms that could indicate a heart attack. I was crying from the pain and distress, expecting immediate care. However, my experience was nothing short of appalling. Despite the urgency of my condition, I was left waiting in the second waiting area of the emergency department for 1 hour and 45 minutes, still crying, with no attention from any staff. Neither the nurses nor the doctors showed any care or concern. Instead, they were engrossed in social conversations, ignoring the patients entirely. It wasn’t just me—there were at least five other patients waiting outside, and several others inside who were visibly frustrated and eager to leave because of the staff’s negligence. The complete lack of professionalism and urgency in an emergency setting was shocking. After waiting far too long with no action taken, I had no choice but to leave and find another hospital. Meanwhile, my family tried to contact the hospital’s management to address this dire situation, but no one responded or showed any willingness to intervene. This experience was deeply distressing and unacceptable. Emergency departments are supposed to be places of immediate care and compassion, but what I witnessed was the exact opposite. I hope NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City takes serious and immediate action to address the incompetence and lack of accountability in their emergency department. No patient should have to go through this. Let me know if you’d like to add anything else!

Positive experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Almigdad today morning, 13th October. My experience from the reception, nursing assessment, x- ray and my actual visit with Dr. Almigdad was great!! However, i was very disappointed with the lady Pharmacist as she let me waited for a long time for the approval and told me it was pending from insurance but when i called my insurance 'twice' , they said that there's no existing request on the system and its not even reflecting in my mobile app. So, obviously she lied to me and didnt even apologize or admit her mistake. It seems she doesnt care at all. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional so, i had no choice but to just leave without taking my medicines.

After suffering from acute bronchitis and receiving inadequate treatment at another hospital, my condition worsened significantly, with the infection spreading to my ear and nonstop coughing. Remembering the excellent treatment I received from Dr. Assem during a previous visit, I decided to come back to Mediclinic KCA, and I’m so glad I did. His thorough examination revealed that I had been given the wrong medication at the other hospital, and he immediately corrected my treatment plan. They need more people here as only one person is attending. Update: My original review was about 4 months ago and I have more visited this place about 3 times. The pharmacy service is still the worst! Yesterday I was waiting for more than an hour to get my medication. Still only 1 person continues to work in the pharmacy. No one seems to care unfortunately. Please avoid this place.

Her nurse, Shantel (hopefully I don't mispronounce her name) is also professional, caring, and assuring. A plus point that she is easy going and funny, helped me ease my worry in my 1st pregnancy

Well this is exactly what I got at Mediclinic at Khalifa City. Fatima Haroun went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. She communicated with me effectively and even went out of her way to follow up with me with how everything went. I was very impressed by her customer connection and willingness to help. Dr Assem is a great Doctor, always willing to listen and give real true advice depending on your needs and symptoms. Negative experience: Took an appointment with doctor Ahmed for a root canal/ consultation. He completely dissed my earlier dental work. He did not want to do a root canal, instead he insisted I remove the tooth and do an implant. I told him I don’t agree with it but he implied I don’t know anything and this is the only way to resolve the issue at hand. implants are expensive and not covered by insurance. So this seemed like a way to make a simple procedure complicated and over charge the customer. Next day I took a second opinion. And got my root canal done at another dentist. I really don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Negative experience: I have been calling for few days and holding the line for more than 10 minutes without getting any answer. I am supposed to attend physical therapy sessions here, and they don't bother calling for appointments set up, and they don't answer calls to book appointments.

Negative experience: Date - 04/01/2024 Time - 09:00 pm I went to the hospital for my heavy fever and around 9:00 pm and at the time no one is there in the reception for around half an hour, suddenly a receptionist lady came after 2, 3 calls by the nurse and said that I can not take medicine because the time is out and at that time only one patient before me and . At lease this lady should tell me before. I hv waited there for almost half and hour . Because of that I have lost my time to take another medicine from another place as most if the hospitals are closed at 10:00 pm . Worst customer service I have ever seen my life. Receptionist behaved like I am a difficulty for her Idle time.(Don’t ask for patient details because hospital didn’t allow me to register)

Negative experience: Pharmacy is extremely slow.They really need to think to get 2 pharmacist to help. I was waiting 30 min if not longer and then my medication was mixed up as well ! Now I need to wait between 9-12 pm for my little ones medication.
