Fantastic experience: I started my orthodontic treatment with lingual braces, as suggested at the Harmony Dental Clinic in Dubai. I paid the full amount of the treatment but unfortunately,I wasn’t happy with the results of the treatment itself and have not met my expectations .I have to say that the staff at the Dubai branch were very polite and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Wanting a second opinion, I got in touch with Dr. Iyad, the Head of Orthodontics at Harmony Medical Group. An appointment was made to the Abu Dhabi branch, and from the first visit, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Iyad immediately understood the issue and explained everything clearly and professionally. He offered to switch my treatment to Invisalign at no extra cost, which was a huge relief. His attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care stood out. The staff at the Abu Dhabi clinic were also extremely professional and kind, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I’m very happy with my new treatment and would definitely recommend Harmony Dental Clinic—both branches have great teams, and Dr. Iyad is truly exceptional.

Negative experience: I had a negative experience at Harmony Clinic. Despite having over seven or eight receptionists at the front desk, they were completely disengaged, talking among themselves. When I arrived for my appointment, no one asked for my ID, or even acknowledged me. I waited for 5-10 minutes past my scheduled time, yet no one provided any update or assistance. The waiting area was nearly empty, with just me and another person. Ultimately, I left due to the complete lack of customer service. This was a horrible experience, and the management needs to be held accountable for the unprofessional staff they have in place.

Negative experience: If there is less than one star i would have used that. Worst service ever. I booked an appointment at 4 pm with Dr. Mohammad. I got to the clinic at 3:30 to respect my time and theirs, they make me wait until 4:25 with the no clear timeframe of how much more time i will wait!! When the kind receptionist called him to ask he was upset! So unprofessional.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my first visit, as no one initially informed me that a physical EID card was mandatory for registration. Despite providing the digital version and offering to bring the physical card later, they refused to see my 5-year-old, who was in severe tooth pain. No solution was offered, and they insisted to drive back home to get the card, showing a complete lack of empathy and flexibility. I would never go back again.
