Negative experience: Very bad clinic!!!! My child 5 y.o. put a filling with Dr. Nour, and pay 250 AED, but this filling fell out after 2 months, they came and asked to change it for free, the clinic agreed to correct their mistake, but the doctor did not even clean the place where the filling was placed. this is not correct! how can you put a filling in without cleaning the place, suddenly there are food particles or something else, they did it very badly! it will last for another 1-2 months and fall out with this method! for the first time I see, we sat in the chair for a maximum of 10 minutes, The child was given a cheap Kinder as a gift, which was expired and impossible to eat, it was spoiled! I do not recommend going to this clinic, they are not customer-oriented at all

The end result completely changed my smile and I am over the moon with the results. I loved the fact that my teeth were not shaven down like dentists in Turkey do. Negative experience: PIRE CLINIQUE DE DUBAÏ ! À FUIR. Je mets une étoile parce que je suis obligée mais sinon j’en aurais mis aucune. Je suis venue faire mes facettes dentaires, le résultat était horrible, j’avais des grosses dents, ça ne faisait pas du tout naturel et EN PLUS une facette était trop petite pour ma dent donc on voyait le haut de ma dent et ça ne lui a pas déranger de me mettre ça. Je lui ai demandé directement de me retirer ce travail catastrophique. Il n’a même pas proposé de me changer cela. Il m’a juste dit « Pas de remboursement et pas de changement », voilà un dentiste qui travaille seulement pour l’argent. Je ne recommande pas.

Positive experience: Thank you for Dr. Nour. Everything was good until we came to the reception for the payment. Receptionist looks not happy with the job. When i saw the expression of the face, I felt like i was asking for a favor, when i asked to have an invoice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hala is amazing, such fast and light hands, she was very patient with me even when I had to bring my toddler to the clinic, cause I couldn't find babysitter at the time. she showed such care to both of us, welcomed us to her clinic, I didn't feel any pain, I left the clinic smiling, we played and we get treated, the prices are so good. it was a happy experience.
