Update Medical Dental Polyclinic LLC

Negative experience: Reception staff has bad customer service. We came inside but staff did not even acknowledge our presence nor talk to us about the delay of the doctor. Lastly, very hard to get a follow up appointment, I followed up many times but no reply. I’d rather go to other Dental clinic next time. I am even paying “Cash Pay” not thru insurance.

Negative experience: Bed service !! According to the WHO and DHO all Clinical or Medical Care has to be EMERGENCY DEPT!! But This UPDATE Dental Clinic EMERGENCY MEANS MONEY !! No any more services— RECOMMENDED TO BEFORE YOU VISITED THINK ABOUT IT !!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanah is an excellent and trustworthy dentist! She is highly competent, honest and never overdiagnoses. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. The next day Dr. Lija examined me, she was just as professional, thorough and kind. Also a big thanks to Shalna at the front desk for being so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

At my last visit to Update Dental it was exactly the same as always. Everyone is courteous, professional, and understanding. The Dr. is probably the finest dentist on the planet.
