Fantastic experience: I’m so impressed with the dental clinic! The team did a fantastic job with my dental bonding. It looks natural and flawless. When the bonding unexpectedly came off, they accommodated me quickly and fixed it free of charge, which really showed their commitment to patient care. The doctor and staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listen to all my requests. The clinic is spotless and has a welcoming atmosphere. Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional experience. During registration, they checked my Emirates ID, but after completing the formalities, they informed me that they cannot verify insurance using the EID since their clinic is new. When I presented my insurance card, they simply stated that my insurance was not accepted—without any prior notice or transparency. The staff were negligent and dismissive, showing little regard for proper procedures or legal obligations, even when I mentioned I would file a complaint. It's no surprise the facility was empty when I visited. I have formally raised a complaint with MOHAP for further action. I have not faced any such situation in my entire 10 years in UAE.
