Dr apeksha and her assistant mishi are very friendly and accommodating: my implants treatment was very smooth and thank you for the smile She recommended me for composite veneers for 2 teeth which was done by Dr Atiqa and her assistant zobia. They were really kind and humble and really cared about me And lastly my kabayan doctor Eirron and sister Nisha he is so polite and loving. He did my pasta and bunot. Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental clinic. Despite having a booking and appointment system, it is consistently not followed. We have often had to wait an hour, and on one occasion, we waited 2 hours past our scheduled time. They push patients to book appointments aggressively, claiming limited slots, but in reality, it seems their priority is just to get more customers and money, not to respect our time. Customer care and punctuality are clearly not a priority here.

This dental clinic is by far the best in town, and my experience here has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish. Negative experience: The advertisement on Facebook is false. Once you're at the clinic, their prices are much higher than advertised, and they recommend additional procedures just to charge you more money. I went to this clinic for a tooth filling and cleaning, but the dentist said they couldn’t perform the procedure. They told me the only option was a tooth extraction. However, they ended up extracting a different tooth than the one I mentioned.

Fantastic experience: Very Good Experience With Dr, Atika & Staff Zobia! This was my second visit to Coppell Heritage Dentistry. The first was about a month ago to get my teeth cleaned and xrays done. Both appointments went smoothly. Dr Atika started a crown on a bottom molar today and the only discomfort was the normal deadening process which wasn’t as bad as i remember from past dental work. The temporary crown feels great. Negative experience: Worst Dental Clinic, if I can give negative why not. First of all, I requested for 11am schedule and arrived at the clinic 15 mimnutes earlier only to find out thay they are still close. Bur you can see their opening hours is 10:00am. They let me in around 11:03 am still unprepared doing this and that for almost 20minutes while the receptionist is chitchating. They didnt even bothered to offer water. When its finally my time to meet the Dentist, he didnt even introduced himself and the door was left open (should be closed for privacy purposes). I sat and without bib he just open my mouth, didnt asked me to gurgle or what. In 2 minutes, done with his "consultation" and just a snap he then gave me pricing up to me to decide to proceed or not. They honestly didnt meet my expectation when it comes to customer service. So yah. End
