Fantastic experience: Dr rafih was truly amazing! I did my extraction with him, it was fast, smooth and painless. Customer service was amazing and clinic was very clean and hygienic. I usually have bad experiences with dentists but dr rafih made this experience smooth and simple. I couldnt recommend him more!!!

Her work is just breathtaking. best dentist I have ever been to. amazing skill and expertise. I did more than 4 fillings and root canals and rebuilding of a damaged tooth. her work is truly exquisite! no pain at all and the finishing was a masterpiece. the procedures were so relaxing and pain free as well, I actually was looking forward for my appointments never thought I would say that for a dentist!

Negative experience: We’ve tried the clinic before and would say it’s on of the best clinics in Dubai. However, we had unpleasant experience today! We booked an appointment for Scaling and Filing for my wife and informed the clinic that she’s pregnant and we got a confirmation from her Gynecologist that she’s good to go with the dental treatment. We were shocked when we reached the clinic with the attitude from the treating doctor, it was a bit unprofessional and aggressive with questions like: - Why did it take you so long to come? why didn’t you come before the pregnancy? - Who told you that you need fillings? tell me which teeth that needs filling? we were speechless! That’s the answer we expect from a dentist not the patient. They said it’s better not to do anything now since she’s pregnant, if so, they would have informed us over the phone while booking the appointment and save us two hours of drive and a consultation fee which we paid for asking us questions that we don’t have answers to. Unfortunately, we won’t be visiting the clinic again and can’t recommend it to anyone anymore.

Fantastic experience: So I knew when I made my appointment that this was not going to be a "good news" visit to the dentist and had been procrastinating about making an appointment for quite some time. I was dreading going to a dentist I was unfamiliar with and facing the prospect of a dental procedure (and associated bill!). I have always taken pride in my teeth and had only ever gone to dentists I had researched well, or been referred to, who would not do more work than necessary and genuinely cared for their patients. Well, I am just so glad I asked a friend here (a long term expat who knows such things!) for a referral. Upon my initial consultation Dr Jullanar put me completely at ease within moments of arrival, even managing to make me laugh! The news was as feared (and expected) but Dr Jullanar quickly allayed my concerns and explained the next steps and costs, concisely and transparently. Fast forward to my next appointment and Dr Rafih and his team honestly could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional. He took such tremendous care to make sure i was comfortable and he did such a wonderful job - he was at pains to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free and knew what was happening. The follow up has been fantastic; again, he genuinely cares for his patients. i shall be enrolling my whole family with Drs Rafih and Jullaner. If you are looking for a wonderful, utterly professional dentist in Dubai then look no further than Dr Rafih's clinic! (for Brits without insurance, as a reference point, my procedure's cost was on a par with what I would expect to pay at my dentist in Glasgow, FYI).

Fantastic experience: I've been living in Dubai for more than 40 years, and i truly believe that this clinic is ONE OF THE BEST in Dubai (if not the best)! Dr. Rafih himself is a real professional, he's a one of the very rare doctors who's in love with their profession, and does really care about his patients. In no time, this clinic has indeed became our family trusted clinic, as they have treated my Dad (83 yrs), my wife, my kids (14 yrs and 16 yrs), sister and her daughters !! My dad's dental prosthesis was not ordinary, as they had to do wonders to make it work, which made the magician, Dr. Rafih, the ONLY doctor that my dad trust! Negative experience: اسوأ عيادة للاسنان قمت بزيارتها، بعد خلع ضرس العقل اصبت بعدوى في الفم، و الم لا ينتهي و بعد اجراء العملية يقوم الدكتور بابلاغنا انه كان من المفترض تحويلك على مستشفى، غير ان الدكتور عصبي جدا على الموظفين و المرضى، و بعد اسبوع قمت بعمل حشو خاطئ و الم مستمر لدرجة عدم القدرة على الطعام و الشراب، و في وسط عملية خلع الضرس الممرضة تأتي باوراق للتوقيع، و بعد ابلاغ العيادة بكل هذه التوابع لم اجد اي اهتمام او اتصال من الطبيب المعالج، و بعد اخذ موعد للمراجعة و اصلاح هذه الاخطاء، الدكتور مشي و نسيو يسجلو الموعد. انصح بشده عدم الذهاب لهذا المكان لعلاج اسنانك
