Negative experience: Manar was very difficult to communicate with in chat. I simply asked about the price of a 10ml fat-dissolving injection, and she vaguely responded, “1-10ml for up to 500 AED.” To clarify, I politely asked her to confirm the exact price for 10ml. Instead of giving a clear answer, she rudely replied, “Learn English first.” I was shocked by such disrespectful customer service. If this is how they treat customers online, I can’t imagine how they behave in person. I definitely do not recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Horrible experience First time I booked and when I reached there at 3 pm they told me they forgot my appointment and if I could wait 1h (at 6pm) so i was gonna wait 3 h not 1 h Before going i texted them and called them asking about the location, they didn’t inform me there, they made me go, pay parking, go upstairs and only that i got informed So they change the booking, now they called me and cancelled cause the clinic is closed for holidays and they can’t keep my promotion valid for when i m available.. horrible

Negative experience: The reception staff is unprofessional and confused. Despite booking an appointment 2 weeks in advance they made me wait for 45 mins before starting my laser treatment (which lasts 15 mins). Worst part is nobody cared to even apologize for the delay or provide an explanation. I will never visit here again. The laser service itself is average. As good as any other place. Overall it is disappointing
