Negative experience: I am here talking about my personal experience with the clinic not to effect anybody's opinion please go and have your own experience. they said it take 2 hours for results but gave it after 2 days , Now the fun is they actually send me someone's else results so zero privacy . I had taken their golden package but got result of basic package , I added extra urine profile for extra amount they didn't send me result and said when I asked ( urine goes to different lab ). And take another 2 days extra but got my result in 10 minutes so I guess they just simply forgot to run the sample. The funny part clinic was empty it's just me and the man who they sent me his result so they weren't busy . Nurse didn't take weight , Suger, hight or any simple required details non . But the important for them to offer 49aed package then say this package won't show anything important and make you take bigger package . Will I ever visit back there NO will I recommend anybody to go also No.

After conducting an internal review, we found that the report mix-up occurred due to similar patient first names. We have now implemented a stricter verification process and instructed our team to issue reports based strictly on Emirates ID, ensuring this does not happen again. Patient privacy and service quality remain our highest priorities.
