Fantastic experience: I had my Emax veneers with Dr. Fatima, and it was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She was clear with her explanation about the condition of my teeth and recommended the most optimal approach to ‘get a new smile’. She removed the least possible amount of my outer teeth, so in the future, if I decide not to wear veneers anymore, I’d still have my regular teeth. In addition to this, she showed genuine concern to my oral health, making me comfortable in the process. 1000% satisfied.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience at this dental clinic. Although my colleague recommended it and I was interested since I have plan of teeth cleaning and I saw the flyer of them cost of 79 teeth cleaning service, my visit fell far short of expectations. On the day of my appointment, I waited nearly 3 hours to be seen, which was extremely frustrating. After the session of cleaning, the dentist recommended both tooth pasta and an extraction. I agreed only to the extraction after asking about the cost. I was shocked with a bill for 290 aed far from the amount I was suppose to pay of 179, which they reduced to 250 citing a "promotion" and as I remembered they said polishing. Due to pain endured and having another appointment scheduled, I didn't have the opportunity to question or dispute these charges at the time. This experience was completely unacceptable. The advertised price of 79 aed for cleaning, the wait time was excessive, and the final charges were much higher than expected. I will not be returning to this clinic again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fatima was very helpful on the 01.01.2025. I rushed my wife to the clinic due to severe pain because of one tooth she was a problem with for a long. She rushed to our aid and helped my wife greatly. She helped us calm down and provided us with the best solutions to keep our teeth healthy and I am glad to say, my wife is doing very well now due to the wonderful care and advise she gave to the both of us. Positive experience: I came at IBN Sina Med Center for the first time, I had a good experience, facilities is clean, staff are very accomodating and the doctor who did my dental treatment, Dr. Fatima Vahidy is very good as well as her dental assistants. She explained properly what treatment needs to do, her hand is light that you will feel comfortable during the procedures, she is approachable and does a very good job, I will continue doing the dental treatment with her, thank you and more power!

Negative experience: a horrible experience with dr. montagnoso carino for dental, braces. i first arrived to this clinic in december 2020 and required alot of fixing for my teeth as they were not straight at all, and i had an issue with my bite and jaw. i put my trust in him because he was the professional: but i didn't know at the time that only a specialist orthodontist is qualified to fix jaw problems/do braces, and that a general dentist should not. i trusted that if he felt like he was not qualified to do the job, he would recommend me to the doctor who was. but he never did. i did some researching lately and found out that dr. montagnoso is not a specialist, but is only in general dentistry, so his job should have been to recommend me to the appropriate doctor once he analyzed my case. but instead, he decided to take advantage of my money, and tried to fix the issues on his own which resulted in 3 years of braces with barely any progress. then one day, he just leaves the company without a word after having wasted all my money. i was already having my doubts about him when he told me that the entire process would only take two years, but we were nearing 3 years already with not much change in my teeth. i heard a lot of people saying he was a good doctor, but he never communicated with me properly or was honest at all. once he left, i got switched with dr. fatima waheedi, who is also a general dentist but was honest to me and recommended me to dr. ahmed mohamed, who is a specialist. however, i decided to switch to a different medical centre in the end and i was told that the entire process of what dr. montagnoso did to try and fix my teeth was wrong, so now i have to start over.

Negative experience: I would like to share with you guys the worst ever customer service from dr Rabia in Ibn Sina Medical Centre . I have bought 4 laser sessions for bikini and underarm zone , done them , and came back to buy either package of 3 or 6 sessions . My concern was to understand how many sessions exactly do I need to get a proper result. I’ve got a consultation with doctor Rabia. When I said that I didn’t see good result after 4 sessions as I expected , she started talking with me in rude and arrogant manners . After I asked her if the laser has good quality. My doubt was absolutely reasonable , there’s nothing personal, but her reaction was surprisingly negative . Dr Rabia said that I can go and make laser somewhere else, she repeatedly said “It’s on you, if you don’t like you can go”. I was shocked, instead of help to convince me that laser is the best , dr Rabia advised to find another for laser. I mentioned that, I told her “You kick me out , saying that in a good manner. But your message is clear“ and before I left I said that she needs to respect her patients, because perfect service is must. Nowadays competition is too high, people coming not only because you offer a good price. Service is very important. There’s many places where we can find good offers but we will choose that one where employees will be happy to see us , where we are welcomed. I wish that Ibn Sina’s team will read my comment . How you guys let me go without buying anything ? I didn’t see a lot of customers in your clinic. I came to pay and I left without service and without mood. Unacceptable situation for someone who opened this business to earn money . How would you feel if you come to pay for service and someone tells you “If you don’t like something you can go”. Would you stay there? Service is even more important that good price . I wish you will help dr Rabia to improve it. If she learns how to talk polite to customers without interruption, would be great.

Negative experience: The manager (Ossam) itself said we can go to AMBERS CLINIC. So let’s not all waste our time coming to this clinic. The worst customer service, very unprofessional, careless of their patient’s wellbeing, unattentive, rude…. As for Dr. Dayan, he is not that attentive Dr also. So if you have problem needs to be attended, try other Doctors. If problem arises, he will just shut his mouth, would not even stand on his own, being a Doctor and being a patient’s advocate. But I very well commend Dr. Naila on how she handles the situation which Ossam failed to do as part of his responsibilities. Dr. Naila with such grace showed her professionalism as a person and as a Doctor.
