Fantastic experience: Been with them for about 5 months have done laser, Botox, fillers and I wish I found them years ago. I have been living in Dubai for 12 years, experienced a lot of clinics, got disappointed many times, but Red carpet has exceeded all my expectations. The staff in this clinic are so warm and friendly Luay and Lujain never failed me, even with my crazy schedule they are understanding, and always manage to help me out with my appointments. The previous clinic I used to visit damaged my lips. Dr. Mazhar fixed my lips, and I have gotten so much compliments after doing fillers with him. I would have rated 10 stars if I had this option here ❤️ I haven’t had any disappointment in term of costumer service and services ❤️

Negative experience: In the starting when you go to this clinic they welcome you warmly and give offers that will temporarily help us i got a package deal which doctor recommend to have according my hairloss concern i got the whole treatment like 2 weeks ago and now going through the same phase and now when i asked them to help me out they are saying to get a new package just to earn more again n again i dont recommend you to go their for any treatment

From the second session itself, we clearly informed you about the necessity of continuing the treatment and following the plan for lasting results. Hair loss treatments are medical protocols that require consistency, not a one-time fix. You were very happy with the initial results, but maintenance is always needed. Negative experience: Posting fake offers and advertisements and after you pay the money they will tell you that the dedicated service is not available and you may have to wait or chose alternative option and no option to get refund. Not recommended at all, their admins are totally not professional.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever — stay away! I paid for a 7-session laser package over 2 years ago, specifically for the Candela machine, after they burned me with another device and left me with third degree burns that took over a year to heal. I made it clear I would only continue with Candela which they agreed to before taking my money. I only managed to do 2 sessions after chasing them for months. Since then, they’ve completely ignored my calls and messages. The few times they replied, they said “We don’t have the machine you paid for and don’t know when we’ll get it.” And when I asked for a refund for the unused sessions? They refused, saying it was a package and I’d be charged full price per session if I dared ask for my money back. This is pure scam behavior. Unprofessional, dishonest, and dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Negative experience: Such a bad experience. I spent a lot of money but honestly there is not even 1 percent difference in my hair growth. I took 12 sessions of PRP and intraject. Just a wastage of money and time.

Negative experience: I had a package and not able to utilize it due to unavailable slots during weekend and weekdays which is very frustrating. I am a client since years but I will not renew my membership anymore many other places having same service with more resources can accommodate the clients since they are collecting the package. Red Carpet not as before :(

Negative experience: I used to be satisfied with the results . But they changed my Machine and 0 results from that. And I belive they should ask their clients before deciding to let them try their new Machine , so we can decide if we want that or no.
