Fantastic experience: I've been a regular patient at this clinic under Dr. Sabeena for the past 6 years, and I’ve always had a good experience. I recently recommended this clinic to my friend and roommate. Initially, she was hesitant because of some negative reviews on Google, especially about the receptionist. However, based on my own experience, I reassured her that the receptionist is very professional, clear, and helpful—whether over the phone or in person. She always explains everything properly and handles situations with patience and clarity. My friend called the clinic to ask about insurance for a test. The receptionist put the call on hold for a short time to check the insurance details and then explained the coverage clearly—even for someone with a basic network plan. When my friend visited the clinic with severe throat pain, she was advised to consult a GP since there were no other options at that time. The receptionist also clearly explained the steps to access a specialist with her insurance type. During my recent phone call, I asked if it was possible to get a sick leave certificate for two days earlier. She explained very politely that it wasn’t possible, as the clinic was closed on Sunday and no file had been opened for me at that time. She was firm but respectful, and I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism. From my last 2 years experience, the receptionist is a hardworking person who supports all doctors when staff is limited. If doctors or specialties change, it's the clinic management’s responsibility to update the names on Google or the external boards—not hers. All in all, my friend and I both found the receptionist to be helpful, kind, and informative. She genuinely tries to assist patients as much as possible. Highly recommended clinic.

Negative experience: A terrible clinic! The receptionist is disrespectful and speaks in a provocative manner. There is a doctor named Samiha who gives medical certificates without any examination, just through WhatsApp. I have all the evidence to support my claim, and I will submit it to the relevant authorities. A very, very bad clinic—I do not recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience after visiting Al Amanah Medical Centre for my root canal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Juneem was very professional with his work. Through the entire process, he made me feel comfortable and the procedure was done with so much of ease and professionally. I was a bit nervous to go for a root canal but Dr Juneem explained every step meticulously as which procedure would be painful and which procedure will not. Negative experience: Very bad that they also charge extra if we use card for the lab test, and even they simply say they dont have change if we want to pay in cash, and the bitter fact is that they refer us to external lab which is on the same floor. The receptionist doesn't even know that even basic insurance of baby can be directly used to consult pediatric doctor instead of getting reference from GP doctor. Not satisfactory with their hospitality and mainly receptionist

Negative experience: Terrible experience and service. I had to wait over an hour, TWICE. Despite having a fixed appointment and confirming beforehand that "yes, I will be attending". That too when I was in extreme pain. No accountability, no responsibility. When I shared my disappointment with the front desk, they mumbled a weak “sorry” and carried on.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic of Dr. AbooBacker, a cardiologist, for my father’s pre-dental procedure evaluation. Dr. AbooBacker conducted multiple thorough tests to ensure my father was physically fit for the procedure. His attention to detail and dedication to ruling out any potential risks gave us complete peace of mind. He was not only professional but also very supportive, answering all our questions patiently. A special mention to Nurse Cincy, who was incredibly kind and compassionate towards my father, making him feel comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Sabeena Ali specialist in Diabetes and internal medicine for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment. I especially loved that she took her time to explain my husband’s condition and Alhamdulillah my husband’s wound has also healed , his BP is in control. Fantastic experience: This is a good medical center with good patient service. They have ENT, INTERNAL MEDICINE AND DENTAL SERVICES. Actually I had the opportunity for using all these services over a period of time. All the doctors here are friendly and their treatment is something I recommend for everyone. The rates are also affordable.

Negative experience: Doctors r average. Not bad. But receptionist lady is very rude. Need professional training to deal with patience. We r not goin there for fun. She need proper training to deal with customer. Pathetic service by the lady.

Fantastic experience: Best ENT DOCTER IN SHARJAH... DR.ALI AKBAR ...visit the hosp with my baby stuck in ear with some particles. He treated us very friendly and took care of child atmost care. We are soo happy with the service of the staffa nd docter.
