Having a medical service like this reminds me of the care from a local doctor in a small village in Ireland, except with all the amazing high tech equipment and specialists. Negative experience: Gladis from the call centre realy needs to improve either English or Arabic. Nobody answers the phone, they can’t speak English. Oasis mall staff are usually sitting there twiddling their thumbs but will not call you back simply because they are not willing to do so. I beg to question whether any off the google 5^ reviews are genuine.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to icare clinics, Oasis, Mankhool, & icare blue - cosmopolitan, to Dr. Meena, Dr. Nausheen, & Dr. Litha who had treated my sons. Dr. Sana as well. They were having high fever for more than a few days and lasting with low fever on the 6th to 7th days. My kids diagnosed of dengue with a very low platelet count. With there advices and treatment all went well. To the nurses and receptionist staff, they were all excellent, Sheila & Allan. To icare Blue nurses, Anupama, Tinsa, Sini, Badu, Shini and Mankhool nurses: Katherine, Diana, Remya, Pramila, Deepa. And lastly, Oasis Nurses: Betsy, Juby, Geethu, twinkle and Siya. Everyone are well experience staff. And to the managers : Mukesh & Shoban, Nisham. I highly recommend icare clinics for best services and treatment. My sons are better now. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This five star rating is specially meant for the Radiologist Dr. Shalu and Gynecologist Dr. Rashi. Dr. Shalu is anexcellent radiologist who makes us feel so comfortable during the scanning process and her diagnosis is top-notch. An early diagnosis by her saved my life. Iam ever greatful to her. Highly recommended. Dr. Rashi is a very friendly gynecologist who responds to all our queries very patiently and also make us feel v comfortable.

Negative experience: Awful experience with Dr Anjani Gupta. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Icing on the cake with her rude attitude kept blaming her reception and managment. Terming her team ( reception) as ridiculous. Our friends had an appointment and as we were in the mall we thought of asking for a walk-in if possible. The reception agreed and said they have a possibility and will entertain it. We were kept waiting and waiting and on inquiry with reception the Dr decides to intervene and then display rudest behavior we have ever seen in Dubai. Highly not recommended! Stay away! A Dr who is so apathetic and kept blaming her own team, how can she be compassionate towards your children

Positive experience: My wife and I recently visited the iCare Oasis Clinic for our routine physicals, which included blood work and consultations. We really loved the nurse and Dr. Meena they were both excellent. Initially, everything went smoothly with the clinic's nurse taking our vitals promptly. However, as our appointment progressed, we encountered several disappointments that affected our overall experience. We noticed a concerning trend of walk-in patients being prioritized over those with scheduled appointments. On two separate occasions, families without appointments were moved ahead of us, without any clear reasoning provided, which was both surprising and upsetting. This lack of regard for appointment times was further highlighted when a receptionist seemingly skipped over our slot. Additionally, the area designated for blood work was not only crowded but also lacked privacy and cleanliness. This situation worsened when the receptionist left the door open during a procedure, compromising our comfort and privacy even further. These issues lead us to question the clinic's patient management and cleanliness standards. It's disheartening to see such oversights in a healthcare setting, and we feel that these matters need the clinic management's attention. We hope for improvements to ensure that all patients are treated fairly, with dignity, and in a setting that meets professional healthcare standards. We look forward to seeing how the clinic will address these concerns to prevent such experiences in the future. 3 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Treatments at iCare have always been high standard. Recently had few sessions with Mesotherapy with Dr. Gayatri Dermatologist dept. and absolutely loved it. She explains things in detail, remembers the patient history, meticulously follows up and very engaging. I can feel a great difference in my face after this therapy . highly recommend!

Dr. Prithvijit and Dr. Yousef are an example to be followed. They look after you from start to finish, they make sure you are well and safe.

A great doctor should be able to pacify the fears and problems of the patient, and it is very difficult to find knowledgeable, professional and ethical doctors. Dr. Rashi is all the above with calm, friendly approach, and possess good listening and observation skills which enables to provide effective treatment (through only necessary tests, medicines, and advice).

I had to take appointment for ultrasound and the toll free number was not able to help me but Mr Abdul Rehman at the reception desk at Oasis mall Clinic was very helpful in providing me with the right time and knowledge about the ultrasound. I was going from Bur dubai to Oasis mall clinic and there was no way I could miss the ultrasound. He was overall very helpful.

Negative experience: One of the slowest service. I went here for PCR and the clinic had no Q. Despite it took over 30mins for registration and sample collection. Not worth spending AED 130 for such service.

Her kind attitude really puts you at ease and she has been our dedicated family doctor over the course of 6 years. She is one of the finest doctors at icare and I cannot imagine why anyone would go to any other doctor but to Dr Medha because she is simply THE BEST!

Negative experience: Did my OPG here and been told that my result will be sent thru email in the morning but they never sent anyway. The contact number on their receipt is not working as well. Called the call center hotline and was promised to send my result after 1-2 minutes and here I am in my dentist writing after 1 hour and still waiting. What a waste of money and time

Dr.Medha Panicker is one of the nicest, most kindest and knowledgeable Internal Medicine doctors I’ve ever met! She quickly became my family’s favorite, and whenever any one of us have any medical issues or concerns, we always rush straight to her, without a hiccup. Positive experience: Just another mediocre clinic, with the usual zero-followup policy you find in Dubai, they do not try harder. Imagine how well a clinic would do that did better than all the rest. Is it really that difficult? EDIT: suddenly they are concerned and want to sort it out. If they did their job that would not be necessary. I moved on to other clinics in an effort to find one that is in line with the standards I am used to in the rest of the world
