Negative experience: Dr. Abdulrahman has been my dentist in Dubai for some time. I was impressed when he gave me his personal number, saying I could reach out if I ever needed him. A few days ago, I visited his clinic due to a persistent toothache at the back of my mouth, mostly on the lower side. He examined the area, took an X-ray, and found nothing unusual. He diagnosed the pain as being caused by a gum pocket, which he cleaned before performing a general cleaning. However, the pain worsened over the next few days. When I reached out to him, he told me there was nothing more he could do. I politely insisted, hoping for further assistance, but to my shock, he blocked my number! At first, I thought there was a technical issue, but when I called the clinic, the receptionist gave me a generic response, advising me to book a general consultation—as if I were a complete stranger. Frustrated and confused, I went to another clinic, where they quickly discovered two cavities and a fissure in the tooth above the one he had examined. This made me seriously question the trust I had placed in Dr. Abdulrahman and his competence as a dentist. When someone chooses to put "Dr." before their name, they commit to helping people—not ignoring their pain or dismissing them when things get complicated. If a case is beyond their expertise, the ethical thing to do is refer the patient to a specialist rather than abandoning them. This experience left me not only disappointed but deeply concerned about the level of care some professionals provide.

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with this dental practice. Before my visit, I called to confirm that they had the laser treatment available for gum removal, and I was assured that they did. During my appointment, the Dr Assel was pleasant and conducted a thorough examination, including taking pictures and X-rays. However, at the end of the visit, I was informed that the laser was not available at that time, but they would have it soon. After waiting a considerable amount of time without any updates, I reached out again and was finally told that the laser was available, but only during specific hours that I unfortunately could not accommodate. Since then, I have not received any further communication from the office. Ultimately, I felt that I paid 400 AED for a service that did not meet my expectations. I hope they can improve their communication and service availability in the future.

Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit me in at very short notice, which was a huge relief given my tight travel plans. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by every member of the team, which made me feel immediately at ease. Well as much as possible given that the dentist makes me extremely anxious What stood out to me the most was how much time they took to explain everything in great detail. I always felt informed and confident in the treatment plan. The staff’s professionalism and expertise were clear at every step, and I could tell that they are truly masters of their craft. The clinic itself is incredible—equipped with the latest and greatest technology. It was mind-blowing to see how advanced their equipment is! They even worked extended hours to ensure that my treatment was completed within my limited availability, which was above and beyond. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome, and I’ve already received so many compliments on how natural and fantastic my veneers look. The friendly and caring environment made all the difference, and I’m already planning to come back for further treatments to my lower teeth—this time, with plenty of advance planning! Negative experience: My experience turned out to be very bad. I never advise anyone to treat teeth with Dr. Abdurakhman! I put 6 fillings, after that my teeth began to hurt, excessive sensitivity appeared. I sought the advice of another doctor to find out if this is the norm or not. In another clinic, they took all the pictures again, looked at them and said that all the fillings needed to be redone. The fillings are not dried out, the edges are overhanging, the anatomy of the teeth is not taken into account. My insurance cannot cover the repeated treatment, and the bill for the alteration is exorbitant! To stop feeling pain and redo this terrible job, I flew to my country. Here, the doctor also confirmed that the treatment was not professional. I started to redo my teeth. When the doctor began to remove the fillings, she discovered that the caries was not all removed, among other delights! I just have no words, only emotions. I will never return to Sofia Smile, thank you

In such situations, our priority is always to preserve the tooth while minimizing invasive treatments.
The treating doctor opted to follow a conservative and scientifically proven approach called Partial Caries Removal, which is a standard practice for cases like yours. This decision was made to avoid a root canal treatment unless absolutely necessary, and you were informed to monitor for any signs of sensitivity, as discussed during your visit.

I’ve been here multiple times and each time is better than the last. Dr. Abdulrahman saw me first and guided me very nicely. Dr. Hadir is doing a phenomenal job she has been treating me since then. They always schedule ahead of time and are very persistent with the timing. Cleanliness is on point and their machinery and operating equipment is top notch. They use high quality materials. Negative experience: This clinic is the worst experience I ever had in my life with dr abdulrahman and dr Anas , it was all good in the beginning but when dr anas started working I had the most and worst pain ever while extracting my tooth which I already did before with other doctors but wasn’t that painful, your guys were so rude and if u start to say oh we don’t have ur record my name is not the same as my profile name and I will never ever recommend anyone to go to ur clinic and I will complain to silicon oasis authorities about this bad experience becz we don’t recommend such a clinic to be around the community

Fantastic experience: No other clinic or dentist has found the inflammation i had except Doctor Tasneem. If it wasn’t for her, i would still not know about it and it would’ve increased with time but thanks to her it’s fully recovered now! I have visited this clinic more than 6 times now and have done many procedures like a tooth implant, two root canals treatments, and multiple checks for my teeth and they were all done by the amazing and most talented Doctor Tasneem. I am extremely grateful and will definitely recommend it to everyone i know. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The best dental treatment and experience I’ve got from the best doctor, Dr. Mai. I did cleaning and whitening and honestly one of the few if not the only experience where I didn’t feel any pain. I recommend everyone the same dcotor.
