Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from this dental clinic. Approximately four months ago, I paid in full for my dental treatment. Recently, I contacted the clinic regarding an urgent dental issue, clearly stating that I required immediate attention. Despite emphasizing the emergency nature of my situation and making multiple follow-up calls, I was not offered an appointment until two weeks later. To make matters worse, only one hour before the scheduled appointment, I received a message informing me that it had been canceled because the doctor was occupied with another patient. This last-minute cancellation, after such a long wait, demonstrates a serious lack of organization and consideration for patients' needs. It is extremely concerning that a patient who has fully paid in advance and is in pain is treated with such disregard. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to lose confidence in the professionalism and reliability of this clinic.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience with Al Safeer Dental Center in Dubai! I had a check-up and cleaning, and my friend had a check-up with a filling and crown placement. From the start, the service was unprofessional. We requested the X-ray images after the check-up, and every time they said, ‘We’ll send them now,’ but nothing was sent. I had to go to the center myself and wait for them to send the images while standing there! After the crown was done, they said it was guaranteed for 12 years and we asked for the warranty documents, but same story: they promised to send them and never did. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but they stopped responding, and it seems they blocked me because my messages no longer went through. To make matters worse, I couldn’t return to the center because I had to travel, so I couldn’t resolve the issue. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy service. I absolutely do not recommend this center—frustrating experience and service below zero! تجربة سيئة للغاية مع مركز أسنان السفير في دبي! عملت تشيك اب وتنظيف أسنان، وصديقتي عملت تشيك اب مع حشوة وتلبيس تاج. التعامل كان غير احترافي من البداية. طلبنا صور الـ X-ray بعد التشيك اب، وكل مرة كانوا يقولوا ‘هلأ منبعتلكم’ وما يبعتوا شي. اضطريت أروح للمركز بنفسي وأنتظرهم يبعتوها وأنا واقف قدامهم! بعد ما خلّصنا تلبيس التاج، قالوا إنو مكفول 12 سنة وطلبنا أوراق الكفالة، ونفس القصة: وعدوا يبعتوها وما بعتوا شي. حاولت أتواصل معاهم عالواتساب، بس ما ردوا، ويبدو إنهم حظروني لأن رسايلي ما عاد وصلت. وللأسف، ما قدرت أرجع لعندهم لأني سافرت، فما كان في مجال أحل المشكلة. تعامل غير صادق وقلة مصداقية واضحة. ما أنصح أبدًا بهالمركز، تجربة محبطة وخدمة تحت الصفر

Negative experience: صراحة أنا والله مصدوم يعني زوجتي تعاني من الالم بعد وضع التاج لأكثر من خمس مرات وكل مرة تاخد موعد نستنى اسبوع وبعدين يحكو طبيعي ويعطوها دوا واليوم بكلمهم بحكيلهم زوجتي بتموت من الالم وبحكولي اسفين احنا اليوم فل وبس لبعد العيد ولا زي كأنها حالة طارئة مع اني عند نهاية التركيب اعطيتهم تقييم عالي وشكرتهم بس من الواضح والطبيعي اني اغير التقييم الان To be honest, I am really shocked at how things work there! My wife had her teeth done there and she had crazy pain after a an installation of lower crwon for around 5 times and every time we try to take an appointiment, it will take us a week to get a responce and whenever she goes they will just give medications and do some clearning or whatsoever, and say that its normal, and today i called as my wife was daying out of pain. She needs to come by. They said that today it is not possible as they are fully booked, and only after Eid she can do that, which is 4 days away from today? As if it's not even an emergency? i have already given them five stars in the begaining for my wife having a good looking teeth but as they say, look can really be deceiving and im chaging my rate now to even half a star!

Dr. Aya is always welcoming and supportive and super friendly. Ms. Rawan always assisted in meeting scheduling. The whole experience was very positive. Prices are very competitive with the market.
