Negative experience: I chose this clinic over other options even though their rates are higher because they seemed good at marketing. Unfortunately, they focused so much on marketing that they forgot to pay attention to customer service. My treatment took almost two months to complete, even though it could have been done in two weeks or less—as I’ve experienced at another clinic. Their schedule is so tight that my friend, who came with me for the consultation, couldn’t even book an appointment because they kept saying there was no availability. I was planning to have another dental treatment done, including veneers for my husband, and my officemate was also considering tooth fillings, a root canal, and braces. But we all changed our minds because of how poorly they manage scheduling and appointments. Even when I requested a reimbursement form and invoice, it took them 17 days and daily follow-ups to finally send it. Never again. Nothing against the doctor—he’s good. But it's time to improve your customer service and scheduling. Otherwise, you might as well change your clinic name from “Anytime Dental” to “Never Dental.”

Fantastic experience: It was super duper nice and my doctor, Dr Morris is patient and efficient with his work. I did braces for only 10 months and got retainers right after. The whole process was easy and honestly felt only a few minutes when doing cleaning or replacing the bands of my braces. The nurse, Ayla(?), was also really nice and kept wiping my face when needed. Highly recommend for their service, efficiency and kindness!

Negative experience: I was trying to reach out asking for a refund for a undone service. They told me they will get back to me as they were trying to track my last transaction which was last december 1 2024. I tried calling repeatedly and sending reminders many times and was just ignored for 1month up untill now. I do understand you are busy and it's not that easy to track the transactions. To think that you are open daily Monday till Sunday 9 - 9 pm. And yet no 1 bothered to give an update? ANYTIME dental clinic.. Not responding is very disrespectful. If you don't want to refund the amount, you can simply say it and explain properly. Not ignoring and wasting my time to call and text you. I just hope you will have a better customer service representatives.
