Fantastic experience: Went all over al ain looking for fast track orthodontic treatment and came across Dr. Mohammad. While all other dentists claimed that it wasn’t doable, Dr Mohammad took on my case and gave me results in only 5 months. 100% would recommend Oris dental for all your teeth care. The amazing staff, the transparency in payments and appointments really makes you feel at peace. Thank you Dr. Mohammad for your utmost care and your laughters along the way. I will be visiting again if need be!

He has excellent knowledge, takes time to explain, is always kind and patient and has a good eye for detail. My daughter just finished her treatment after 15 months and the results are fantastic! Also, communication regarding appointments has been easy, no long waiting times and friendly admin staff. My daughter was in care of another orthodontist a few years ago and there were worlds in between when I compare. So happy we chose Oris this time!! Any time again!

Negative experience: لا انصح وبشده اي اجراء عند العياده وهذه صوره تبرهن عن التهاب اللثة ووجود خراج بعد تركيب الفينير في هذه العياده

Negative experience: لا أنصح أي أحد تحت تجربة شخصية انه يسوي اي اجراء تجميلي لان تمم تدمير صحة اسناني بالكامل بسبب فينر الي سويتو عندهم دمار شامل من لثة وصحة الاسنان

Fantastic experience: تعاملت مع كل الدكاترة فالعيادة من دكتور محمد للنقويم للدكتور زياد ودكتور حسام وكل دكتور اشطر من الثاني وغير بنات الاستقبال البشوشات من احسن العيادات الي دايمًا اوصي فيها للأسنان وعلاج الأسنان

Negative experience: الحسنة الوحيدة في العيادة هي دكتورة روزا وموظفات الاستقبال! سويت جراحة لضروس العقل عند دكتور اسامة مكية وكنت بموت من الألم هذا وهو حاط بنج اونه وشل اربع ضروس في نفس اليوم وتمت لثتي ملتهبة لفترة طويلة وما كنت اقدر آكل شي ويتني حمى ودوخة بس بسبة ضروس العقل، ومع اني قلت له اني مابا اشل الضروس كلهم بسبة الألم لكنه شلهم اربعتهم، وخذيت ادوية ومسكنات قد الدنيا وما زال الألم يروح ويرجع، وخدي تم متورم اسبوع كامل وحتى نوم ما قدرت انام. وموقع العيادة جدًا سيء ومرات المصعد ما يشتغل بعد والصراحة المكان يخوف. وفوق هذا مرة كنت يالسة واسمع دكتور حسام يصرخ في العيادة ويتشكى من مريض!! يعني على الأقل احترم ان في مرضى ثانيين ويالسين نسمع.

Fantastic experience: الصراحة من أفضل وأجمل المراكز اللي تعالجت فيها عن تجربة أنا وعائلتي عندهم نخبة من الدكاتره المحترفين أشهرهم الدكتور محمد الروسان للتقويم ماشاء الله عليه غني عن التعريف (حبيت ابتسامتي) من بعد التقويم، كذلك الدكتور حسام عدلي وايد شغلات في أسناني لهم كل الشكر والتقدير على حسن المعاملة، وأنصحكم بزيارة هالمركز لأنهم صدق صبورين ويشتغلون بدقة وأمانة وقمة في الذوق والاحترام.

Negative experience: تعامل موظفة الاستقبال غير لائق بتاتا لم يتم حجز الموعد و تم التعامل معي بشكل غير لائق و التحدث بطريقة سلبية يهمهم فقط المال و جمع الاموال و لا يوجد تعامل جيد و لا حتى راقي لا انصح بهذا المركز بتاتا يوجد مراكز تعاملهم ممتاز و افضل من هذا المركز

Reception and customer service staff handle your appointments professionally. Moreover, special thanks to Dr. Mohammed Alrousan, he takes his time to give the best treatment and he does the best dental work. Ever since I didn’t even bother to look for another doctor regarding braces. He is the best in his job, no joke. What I like about him the most is his humility, he treats people with a big smile.
