Fantastic experience: My husband recently visited Western Medical Center for the enhancement and possible replacement of his existing dental bridge. He was seen by Dr. Nofal Suleiman, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the consultation. Dr. Suleiman took the time to thoroughly assess the case and clearly explained the recommended procedure. His confident and meticulous approach reflected his extensive experience in the field. We also found his pricing to be fair and reasonable. Overall, our initial experience has been very positive, and we are hopeful that the procedure will be carried out successfully through to completion

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous service, attended today for whitening, MIchelle is my name, currently on my husbands google..from reception to the specialist, who is also the site manager. Everything was so professional, I had the treatment 4 hours ago and despite being told it could be tender for a little while, one Panadol and an hours sleep and I'm right as rain. Fabulous job, many , many thanks to all. For future dental and cosmetic work I will definitely return.

Negative experience: أسوء عيادة أسنان مرت علي في حياتي. حضرت قبل الموعد بساعه و لم أطلب اني ادخل قبل موعدي ، و لكن للأسف تجاوز وقت موعدي اكثر من ١٥ دقيقه ، وطلبت معرفة دخولي أجابة موظفة الاستقبال ١٠ الى ١٥ دقيقه. تركت العيادة و لن أعود لها ابدا. هل يعقل ساعه ونص مريض واحد ؟؟ هل يعقل اوقات الناس ليست مهمه عندكم ؟ للأسف وقتي ضاع بسبب عدم التنظيم و إدارة المواعيد ،

Fantastic experience: Well, I have been a patient of Dr. Nofal Suleiman in his old practice clinic and moved along with him to the new location Western Medical. Frankly, I am not found of driving 25 minutes to see a Dr, but Dr Suleiman worth every minute I drive to see him. The center is new, well equipped and decorated. The staff are very friendly and they know my preferred timing and schedule to book my appointments and accommodate my requests, they make me feel home and welcomed. Talking about Dr Nofal, you definitely feel, without any doubt, that you are being treated by a well experienced surgeon, knowing exactly, without any hesitations, pointing problems and offering solutions. Needless to say, that Dr Nofal has treated my family, and I highly recommend the center and in particular Dr Nofal for any complicated surgery or problem pertaining to teeth problem.

Negative experience: It was a very bad experience.they keep call me to book appointments and when I booked the appointment. I arrived early 15 mins before my appointment at 1:15. My appointment was 1:30 and they kept me waiting for 30 mins +15 mins. Additional to that when I asked the receptionist she will keep saying five mins and doctor will see you. Eventually when I left it was 2:00, and once I left they call to ask where are you and there was no any apologizes.

I had been struggling with this for over five years due to my intense fear of dental extractions. However, with Dr. Noufal, I didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure. His expertise and gentle approach made all the difference. A big thank you to Dr. Abdulrahman as well for recommending him to me. Thank you both for making this experience painless and stress-free!
