Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I was charged AED 50 for a mobilizer that was already broken. I immediately informed both the nurse and the doctor, expecting at least a replacement or a refund—but nothing was done. They simply ignored my complaint and still charged me for something completely unusable. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of responsibility and customer care. I do not recommend this clinic based on this experience.

When we tragically lost our baby, many hospitals focused more on financial gain than care. Dr. Sehrish, however, prioritized my wife's health above all else. While a well reputated hospital advised a 10–15 day process, Dr. Sehrish and her team handled everything with care and efficiency within just two days. Delivering a stillborn child naturally is one of the most painful experiences, but the support and dedication shown by Dr. Sehrish and her team made a world of difference. I will always remain deeply grateful to both Dr. Fatima and Dr. Sehrish for their kindness, support, and genuine concern for our well-being.

One year ago, I got Thyroid Ultrasound from Dr. Kamran Sharif.It was diagnosed an early stage thyroid cancer and Dr.Kamran Sharif recommended me to go through urgent thyroid surgery treatment. Alhamdulillah I acted upon the advice of Dr.Kamran Sharif and now after one year, I am totally thyroid cancer free. Thanks to Allah Almighty.
