Negative experience: It’s funny how this clinic ignores real reviews from patients who have had terrible experiences with inexperienced dentists. Instead, they write their own reviews to make themselves look good. lol If you truly had skilled and trustworthy doctors, there would be no need to create fake reviews.I do not recommend easy dental clinic rigga to anyone. My experience with Dr. Swathy was completely unprofessional she broke my tooth during extraction and showed no concern for the damage she caused. The way she handled the situation was unacceptable, and I deeply regret choosing this clinic. Thankfully, I only went in for an extraction. I had planned to do cleaning, polishing, and whitening as well, but after this experience, I will be much more careful in selecting a clinic with genuinely experienced and professional doctors. I leave my case in God's hands for the pain, stress, and health issues I suffered due to Dr Swathy negligence so unreliable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sheona Mariam is very knowledgeable and I always feel like I am learning something new from her. Currently, doing my filling and cleaning polishing with her. Negative experience: Um not happy with the service i met dr humda i had little black spot i wanted to check whether its creating cavities . we did X-ray its was 100 Aed and it was fine she told no problem all good dr told tooth clean same time for tooth clean there was an offer for 100 Aed dr told no 150 deep clean. If they did proper clean i don’t mind still i feel its not clean properly. We pay 150 for whole tooth clean not specific tooth only . twice i text throw whats app no reply they don’t care i should run behind them or i must call I don’t recommend this place

Negative experience: 100 dhs for tooth filling. you pay less, you get less.. very poor quality. First, the dentist Kadija is on a hurry, the procedure takes just less than 10 minutes. Advising unnecessary procedures to pay more. Worst is she didn't even polish the filling after, so it feels rough and pointed. Now, less than a month, the filling started to crack and feels pain. Better go to other dental clinic and pay a little more, than cheap but very poor quality and service.

Negative experience: Dr Michelle had xrayed my tooth and told me root canal not possible . She referred me to the dentist in the next room . The latter told me he is unsure if root canal will really save my tooth. Considering the amount they will charge me without guarantee , I left this clinic I went to a dentist in JLT. Root canal was done!!! My tooth was saved !! I’m wondering, is it the dentist lack of experience and knowledge or the need for more modern equipments… If I may add , Dr Michelle is not friendly at all .This is my personal experience in this clinic. I respect other people’s experience if it is different from mine.

Fantastic experience: Dr Humra Ahmad - my tooth god mother! During my exploratory tour of the UK for a month (due to the gluttony), my filling broke and this was a pretty deep in the molar . I waited for about 15 days to only let Dr Humra Ahmad to fix it (until then I just flossed ) Context - I have been going to Dr Humra for years now, started off at Easy Dental near Dubai mall and then I travel from Marina all way to to Deira Easy Dental for her expertise! She is very gentle with her approach and very consultative. She even gives advise for maintenance of the procedures, I have done several procedures in the span of over 5+ years. I would highly recommend her - I feel super safe in her hands. Go to her once and you shall know the difference Dr Humra Ahmad- way to go!

Negative experience: a recommendation for cleaning teeth only, I paid 200 as the female doctor said deep cleaning but I have had some pain for two weeks at least I thought it was normal and now all my teeth are brown literally between my teeth all brown I don’t think because of the coffee I clean every 6 months and drink coffee with milk nothing happened like that before, I am very disappointed and upset because of their work is not good at all I won’t recommend this place to anyone, I don’t know what should I Do

Negative experience: I was watching reviews and photos uploaded by owner on that photos price of tooth removal was 100 AED but i recently had my tooth removal treatment from here why they charge me 300 AED + 100 AED xray charges.I am a bit disappointed now advice for upcoming clients please if you are going for any treatment make sure you have knowledge about rates in market

Take note folks, I just went to their clinic on the very same day. We only had the X-ray and a short discussion about the procedures to do. During the surgery, I am feeling nothing, her hands were so light. As in no pain at all, you just feel the pressure of it. I’m just looking at her & listening to the calm music she played for me. During the consultation, I had the opportunity to consult with an Indian Dentist, I think his name is Dr. Kunal. He was very patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide me with helpful guidance. Overall, I had a positive experience at the clinic and would recommend it to others.

Negative experience: I just want to share my experience regarding to the price. On their Website they offered the teeth cleaning for 99 Dhs that's the reason why I contacted them for a booking, I went there in the Rigga branch around 8:00PM June 5, 2023, okay When I was told to lay down by the doctor (Doc. Indian) and told me if okay with me 150 Dhs, so I'm shocked but just still pretending that I had no idea about the price although I can say that you are offering 99 Dhs why you ask if I'm okay with the 150 Dhs. I still agreed when she told me about the price, and she added in my next visit she will give me a discount hahaha. So for me, in the first place, you were not honest with your client. Second, I was not satisfied with your cleaning. And that made me decide not to come back to your clinic.
