Negative experience: كل الشكر والتقدير للأطباء وإدارة العيادة على مجهودهم، ولكن للأسف يوجد تقصير في التعامل مع المرضى في قسم الاستقبال، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بتنسيق المواعيد. من الصعب جدًا الحصول على موعد حتى في الحالات الحرجة، ولا يوجد تعاون أو مرونة كافية. نأمل تحسين هذا الجانب المهم، لأنه جزء أساسي من تجربة المريض

Positive experience: Treatment was okay, clinic is clean and professional staff. However, they put hidden charges so beware. For example, they put a temporary crown on my tooth after the root canal and after putting it told me it wasn't covered in my insurance and I had to pay 300 AED for that out of pocket. (They could have asked me if I wanted it as it was only put there for 1 day prior to actual crown) Likewise, I asked the doctor there for invisalign plan and I have only minor defects and he gave me a 2 year plan with something about extracting teeth bla bla quoted me 14-20K AED. I got the same thing done from emirates dental for 5K AED in 6 months and the doctor there confirmed I had only some minor slanting issues.

I recommend Dr amer for braces and I’ve tried for both of my two kids the experience and results were amazing. Fantastic experience: Levantine saved my tooth which was split down the middle. Dr. Kanaan & Dr Abdul Aziz did a totally amazing job. It was so important for me to keep my original tooth so I decided to get a number of different opinions. Three dentists before at other clinics told me I immediately needed it extracted and an expensive implant put in. One even said I needed the wisdom tooth out beside it in addition to the split tooth! It would have caused me a lot of pain and been very expensive. Levantine just got on with the job of saving my tooth. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are impeccable. The reception staff at the clinic are also friendly, helpful and supportive. Levantine are now my permanent dentist from now on. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I had with dentist clinic. Starting from welcoming reception team, who helped me with arranging the right time and doctors for consultation. Dr.Sara listened to my concerns, did a thorough check up, and suggested a plan of treatment. I felt very safe and in good hands. No pushing for expensive or unnecessary treatments. Very friendly and super honest. We agreed on plan of action, and every next visit was very transparent on what will happen. I didn't feel any pain, was very relaxed at every step. I had amazing results!! I even waited couple of months to write a review, to see if there will be any post treatment issues, but I have none. Everything looks beautiful. Fantastic experience: I did consultation with Dr. Amer Alnahhas, he was very honest and helpful. Took X Ray images and diagnosed the condition. Gave multiple options to fix the issue of cavity under filling: 1) clean cavity and use temporary filling to test sensitivity of the area, if pain is gone, go for permanent filling, if pain persists then go for option 2) root canal. These options helped me a lot to stay within the insurance limit and avoid going immediately for the invasive procedure that I am afraid to do, the root canal. Other clinics suggested I go directly for the root canal which I don’t want to do. Also consultation here is free and their price is very reasonable compared to other dentist clinics. The facility is very clean and neat.
