Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the service I received. I called ahead and expressed interest in a particular service, and they booked me for a consultation. After my consultation, the staff member who assisted me recommended that I proceed with two services, and I agreed. However, when I went to the reception her name Sia I was told I was only booked for a consultation and that I couldn't proceed with the services that day. The way the receptionist explained this was very unclear and unhelpful. Worse, her attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. When a client visits a clinic, it should be expected that after a consultation and agreement on services, the next step is to proceed with the treatments. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Better communication and a more respectful approach would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say Thank you to Dr.Neda Naveed for a very wonderful experienced last May 24, 2025 I have 3 tooth extraction wisdom tooth specifically and take note I did it 3 tooth removed at the same time , imagine at first I said to her I think I’m not ready Doc and I will do the procedure after Eid holiday but she made me feel calm and comfortable and assured to me that everything will be ok and wow! Fantastic experience: I had my root canal treatment and crown with Vega Medical Center. My dentist was Dr. Neda Naveed, her hand is very light weighted, gentle that you cannot feel any pain at all. The fact of root canal treatment sounds painful but during the procedure it’s not, although after you will feel some kind of sting but pain killer goes along the way. Ate Roma also is very kind, both of them takes good care of you during the procedures ensuring that everything will be fine. Ate Michelle also is there to assist. When you heard about root canal treatment don’t be scared, Dr. Naveed and her assistant will take care of you effortlessly and painlessly.
