Positive experience: Clean clinic, accommodating staffs and my dentist, Dr. Niketa made me feel so comfortable all the time. Negative experience: I had high expectations when visiting this clinic, but I’m very disappointed with the reimbursement process. The communication was poor, and it took much longer than anticipated to receive any assistance. The pricing provided by the receptionist didn’t match with what the doctor is stating causing confusion. Additionally, the doctor seemed unwell with nasal congestion making communication difficult.
Dear Mr. Jerome Berina, We’re genuinely sorry to see your 1-star review, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points regarding your recent visit. You arrived at our clinic without a prior appointment, and our team promptly informed you that we were fully booked at that time. Despite this, you agreed to wait, and we ensured you were seen within the estimated timeframe that was communicated upfront. Before beginning your treatment, we clearly explained the associated costs, and you provided signed consent to proceed. This ensures that there was no misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding the charges or the nature of the treatment provided. Your treatment took longer than expected due to extended discussions about your insurance coverage, which we addressed with transparency and patience. Our team, including both treating doctors, informed you from the outset that teeth whitening is not covered under your insurance policy. We also explained that we cannot alter the invoice to include different treatments in order to claim reimbursement. This position was communicated to you clearly and more than once, and you acknowledged it before moving forward with your procedure. After treatment, when asked, you told us you were happy with the services and whitening results. You then again softly requested our receptionist to make a fake invoice, to which she reiterated the same policy. You left the clinic satisfied and without any qualms or complaints at that time. Despite this, you continued to request alterations to the invoice, including reaching out to us via WhatsApp to ask if we could fake the invoice. As we have previously mentioned, we politely denied your request, reaffirming that we can not make such changes. We did, however, provide you with all the necessary documents for insurance reimbursement, as we understand your needs. All our systems are monitored by DHA, and we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in our practice. Our policies are in place to ensure transparency and compliance with the regulations governing healthcare in Dubai. It takes a lot for a business to maintain a google ranking, and it is unfair to receive a negative review after multiple clear and honest explanations were provided to you. But if you still feel it is justified to give us a 1 star, then the only thing we can do is to apologize and again inform you that we cannot provide fake invoice for anyone to claim your dental insurance. Dr Rishi did initial consultation , he was very professional and did never force to go for a service with them. I felt the advise was really good and they charged normal rate for removing existing cap and the sensitive tooth. Quality of service is so good

Fantastic experience: I went in with a broken tooth and was rightly diagnosed with a major cavity. Dr. Mythreyee gave me the most painless injection and completed the root canal efficiently. Dr. Rishiraj created the post and cap. They explained the whole process and requirements in plain terms for my understanding. Treatments are fairly priced and the doctors attention to detail and follow up are superb. I appreciated the time spent and fact that neither doctor rushed the treatments. I disliked getting dental work done and the sound of the instruments make me anxious but the wonderful nurses Rida and Shuborna played soothing music, to my taste, to calm my nerves. I have recall of these events and people because of my inherent fear and this was the only place after many where I have found such comfort. Shoutout to Charlene for her flexibility and managing my appointments to my availability.
