Negative experience: لو فى تقييم أقل من صفر . العياده فيها خلل تواصلت لأحجز مع دكتور الزراعه د. محمد و تفاجئت أنه طلع من العياده . كل زياره طبيب جديد و يطلع و في كل زياره طاقم استقبال أسوأ من اللى قبله فى برود الردود و اللامبالاه و ما في مدير تتكلم معه و الاسعار كل مره برقم مختلف . أسوأ تجربه و أسوأ عياده و الظاهر عندهم مشكله مع الموظفين و خاصة الأطباء ما أنصح أحد يخوض نفس تجربتي و يبتدي علاج الاسنان معاهم لأنك بتكون فأر تجارب من دكتور لدكتور

Fantastic experience: I had a complicated case with an impacted wisdom tooth located very close to the nerve, and Dr. Samir Mansouri handled it with outstanding care and professionalism. He didn’t rush into surgery—instead, he created a detailed treatment plan that started with a gentle separation (elastic spacer), and even discussed using a TAD (mini-screw) to safely pull the tooth away from the nerve if needed. He took the time to explain every step with patience and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances expertise and compassion so well. I feel truly lucky to be under Dr. Samir’s care. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with complex dental or surgical cases!

Negative experience: Terrible Experience Avoid Dr. Nabil I went to "Your Dental and Medical Center" for a simple teeth cleaning, but the experience was awful from start to finish. First, the assistant approached me and insisted on doing an X-ray not as an offer or suggestion, but as a must, clearly pushing for a sale. When I politely declined, she gave me clear attitude and unprofessional behavior. Then came Dr. Nabil, who was extremely rough during the cleaning. I repeatedly informed him that my teeth are very sensitive and asked him to be gentle, but he ignored my concerns. He acted irritated, was harsh on my teeth, and showed no empathy at all. He over-polished my teeth so aggressively that there is now visible asymmetry, and the polish went so deep it exposed the nerves. I now have intense sensitivity I didn’t have before. To make it worse, he didn’t recommend anything to relieve the sensitivity. Instead, he blamed the toothpaste I use and my naturally sensitive teeth yet still continued the procedure with zero care. I walked in with healthy teeth, and walked out with damaged ones. Dr. Nabil should not be practicing dentistry. I regret trusting this clinic and strongly advise others to stay away.

Negative experience: Horrible experience I went there for first time my teeth were fine and then all of a sudden they decided to do 5 teeth that were actually fine and had no issues before. Then it evolved to doing 13 teeth of mine in a matter of 1 month! Since then I’ve been going back and forth between doctors there trying to fix what they messed up. I give up going there and my teeth in pain that’s worsening daily now… never again!

Negative experience: 1- بداية قبل العلاج الاستقبال و المواعيد ما عليها كلام و لكن بعد ما دفعنا مبلغ العلاج وبدأنا بالعلاج تغير كل شي من المواعيد والاسلوب و الكلام الي متفقين عليه تغير 2- الدكتور في البداية كان صريح وواضح و لكن بعد العلاج حدثت مشاكل في الاسنان و كل ما نريد ناخذ موعد يقولون ان الدكتور في اجازة او غير متاح او يقولون اخذنا لكم موعد و انتم لا تحضرون واسالهم عن الموعد كيف اعرف انه عندي موعد و انتم ما اتصلتم بي كيف بعرف او ياخذون موعد في وقت غير مناسب لي و حاولت اكثر من مرة و نفس الكلام و العذر الحين صار لنا سنة و نحن احاول نخلص العلاج و لكن للاسف كل يوم نزيد الحالة سوء كنت متفائل للعيادة و خاب ظني فيها و طلعت العيادة همها الفلوس و كل كلامهم كذب صار و كل دكتور يصرفنا و يقول هذا بيمسك حالتكم و الدكتور الثاني نفس الموضوع و كل واحد يتحسبنا لعبه بين ايدهم 4- اريد ابلاغ وزارة الصحة عن العيادة و بعض العيادات صارت لا تهتم بالمرضى بل تهتم بالمال و تاخذ من التأمين الصحي للمرضى هذه هي الفائدة الكبيرة للعيادات للاسف و ارجوا من الجهات المختصة متابعة وراء هذه الامور

They were very welcoming, and took me without an appointment, late in the evening while no other center wanted to take me because "we don't do temporary fixes, we can only change it fully" Thank you very much!

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled at ,but unfortunately, there was a significant delay. While I understand that clinics can experience high volumes of patients, waiting for beyond my appointment time was frustrating. It would be helpful if the clinic could improve its scheduling process or at least inform patients in advance about potential delays. The staff were polite, but the long wait affected my overall experience.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for 9 PM for a regular dental cleaning, but after waiting for an hour without being seen, I had no choice but to leave. To make matters worse, I saw another patient being taken in during my appointment time. I even got an X-ray done but never saw the doctor. When I took my ID back from the receptionist, they didn’t seem to care at all. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable, especially since the clinic closes at 10 PM. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning. I hope the clinic takes immediate steps to improve their scheduling and respect for patients.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Iyas. Extremely friendly and managed to make the experience pain free. Highly recommend

Negative experience: I booked an appointment and my time supposed to be at 8:40. They have called me in at 9:25. 45 minutes of waiting. I have told the reception about it many times but they only kept me waiting.
