She truly cares about her clients. I have done several sessions at the British Medical Complex, and two of them were with her — those were honestly the two sessions I remember the most, because she was so attentive and incredibly kind. I really want to thank her sincerely.

I noticed a huge improvement in my skin — the acne reduced significantly, and my skin became smoother and clearer. Negative experience: I have been doing laser for two years and tried many centers. I can say that this place is the worst I have ever seen. First, they called me to cancel my appointment only one hour before my scheduled appointment claiming that the device is down. Second, when I went to my rescheduled appointment, I had to wait for 30 minutes to enter to my appointment though I reached on time claiming that the device is slow. The technician did the laser (full body) quickly in half an hour, and the hair keeps growing after as if I have not done any. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

Fantastic experience: I did a laser session in the British medical center and what i think is that it actually targets the hair. Not a painful but still you can feel the difference immediately, the staff are super lovely and informative which will help you know what you need to do exactly. Many thanks to the British medical center.

Negative experience: Very bad service No respect No time management The staff is really rude they didn't even apologise for the delay Not recommended at all

Negative experience: I have done laser more then 4 time on my neck but still the results are not good I think there laser machines are not good or not updated

Negative experience: كنت حاجزه موعد على الساعة ٥:٣٥ وانتظرت فوق الساعة. أدري إن التأخير ممكن يصير، بس ما كان فيه أي توضيح من الطاقم، ولا حد خبرني كم بتأخر. أتمنى يهتمون أكثر بتنظيم المواعيد والتواصل مع المرضى، لأن هالشي مهم مثل جودة العلاج.

Negative experience: The worst clinic I've ever visited in my life. I had a hard time getting an appointment, and they kept saying there were no available slots. Before going, I informed them I wanted a specific doctor for laser treatment and mentioned the machine I wanted. during my wait, the receptionist said the Candela machine was not working . Why didn’t they call me before reaching there? I chose another machine .. the doctor came and said someone else might handle the procedure because they needed her in the emergency room (: After that, another woman who I think was not specialized in laser treatment came in, and I am still dealing with the wounds she caused on my leg. I do not recommend going to this clinic.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible dental care. Worst dental care i've ever recieved. I went there to have a crown done. The doctor did the crown and everything and she kept saying how strong of a material it was and i was very impressed. It was very expensive and i expected it to be very good. It fell after TWO WEEKS while i was chewing GUM!!!! I went back there with the crown that fell and had it put again and it fell again after a little while and caused a bigger issue!!!! Each time i had to go back there the doctor kept drilling mt tooth and drilling until there was nothing left of it and put the crown over it and it fell for the 3RD TIME!!! Aside from the crown, which is fallen at the moment but i will not bother going back there again, i had a filling done there because there was a bit of cavity, and the tooth hurts me way more than it did before i did the filling. Absolute horrible dental care. Do better.
