Fantastic experience: Dr. Eli and Nurse Julie I had a good experience with these 2 ladies with my 2 sons. I never imagined them feeling confident on having their dental procedures since It's really bit scary as the mom! But really appreciate for their hardwork and being so nice and patient to my boys! Fantastic experience: This was my first time to do cleaning and filling and I was surprised ,the staff and dra Eli and kabayan nurse Julie Ann was very good in Action and very safe .

Negative experience: My doctor and the sevice for my veneers are excellent and superb and thank you for that.... but the promise for the warranty is useless because the doctor is no longer working with them, i tried to communicate many times, until they will just wait and tell me it is already expired for not responding to me for long time. Only keep on telling me to update me but nothing happens.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while now for laser treatment on my beard line, and I have to say I’m quite satisfied. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. My laser technician, Ms. Giselle Gapuz, does an excellent job every time — highly skilled and attentive. I definitely recommend their services!

Negative experience: Don’t ever go to this clinic The personal especially reception is very unprofessional, they always mix dates, very unresponsive and rude, uninterested Also I came to clinic for braces, doctor advised to do lingual braces is the best for my case. One day I am coming for appointment and they say he doesn’t work anymore and they don’t care what I will do next and it is very difficult to find specialist who work with such braces. The worst attitude!

Both of them were super kind, gentle, and really made us feel comfortable the whole time. Doc Eli explained everything clearly and was very careful and professional. Positive experience: They offered promotions and turned out they don’t have enough stocks for their service, so would have to go back. I was told it was free consultation, but then I was charged. The receptionist could have been more discreet in disclosing the services, especially if aesthetics treatments, no need to raise their voices that the whole clinic would hear what I’ve done. Overall it’s good for their prices, and happy with my nurse and doctor.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal on both a molar and a premolar, followed by a zirconia bridge, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Nioosha Kazemi. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, patient, professional and attentive to every detail. She explained every step of the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The root canals were done with great precision and minimal discomfort, and the zirconia bridge fits perfectly — it looks and feels completely natural. A special thanks also goes to her nurse assistant Eunice, who was absolutely fantastic during the entire process. She was kind, attentive, and very supportive, making sure I felt at ease during each visit. Shoutout also to the amazing front desk team at the clinic for always being so accommodating and welcoming during my visits. Together, they make a truly excellent team! Fantastic experience: The staff are very accommodating and friendly, the place is spacious with a pleasant ambiance, and they stick well to the appointment schedule. I availed a laser package, and the machine they use is excellent. it’s virtually painless. I hope the experience remains consistent throughout the entire session.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience doing bracets with Dr. Greg Antony. He ruined my smile… after about 6 months of treatment I see that my teeth are moving forward abd it’s very prominent. He kept saying it’s ok :(.. then he resigned and I continue with Dr. Jayanti .. unfortunately she couldn’t fix the situation and my teeth were worse and worse. I also noticed my face shape has changed, became very thin. She told me it’s bcs I am probably aging. I had to go to another doctor in different clinic -he fixed their mistakes by 80% and my face became normal shape again. But still - I am very dissatisfied with King Medical orthodontists - wasted so much money and time. The staff on reception very friendly though - tried their best.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Vidya and Mr Dan. They're a very efficient and coordinated duo, superb work and attention to detail. I have never had an appointment that lasted longer than 20-30 minutes. They are very considerate of your time and will always inform of you exactly what is going to be done in a simple and understandable way.

Fantastic experience: I feel incredibly lucky to have Dr Nikhil Sharma as my orthodontist. Before finding him, I had consultations with about five different orthodontists in Dubai to explore getting braces, and every single one made my case sound complicated and costly. Some even said I needed maxillofacial surgery, which made the whole process feel overwhelming. But everything changed when I met Dr Nikhil. He looked at my case and confidently said it was not that difficult at all, and he even said it with a smile. I was hesitant at first because of all the previous opinions I had received, but Dr Nikhil took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and reassured me that regular braces would be more than enough. No surgery needed. The staff at the clinic are also very friendly and professional, and the clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Fantastic experience: My whole experience at Kings Medical Centre was very smooth and their service was great from laser removal with Ms. Giselle to my Braces journey with Dr. Nikhil for lingual braces but for some reason Dr. Nikhil was no longer working with them. One of their amazing staff called me over the phone and discussed everything and assured me that the treatment plan provided, files and records have been transferred to other orthodontist which is Dr. Resmi. I have so much respect for Dr. Resmi and her assistant and I am very grateful that I went to her to continue my braces journey. She had an appointment for a dental procedure at 12:15 but they informed her they could not do the procedure because they were not allowed to do so, but the issue is they informed her 30 minutes before the appointment time which they did not value the customer time and effort to be in the clinic on time. It’s a waste of time!

Negative experience: Today’s visit to the medical center fell short compared to my previous one. While Dr. Eli is an approachable doctor, I was disappointed with the deep cleaning, which lasted less than 4 minutes and didn’t leave my teeth feeling properly cleaned. It's like I was cleaned rushly. I don’t mind paying a higher price if the results justify it, but in this case, they didn’t. The outcome just didn’t match the cost, which is frustrating.

Fantastic experience: This medical center is one of the best medical center l've ever been.Highly recommended they're very accommodating dating and the lobby is so posh and cozy special thanks to my Dr.Rogin who helped me through my struggle moment that I broke my front tooth I was so anxious that time because i will travel in the next few days and he helped me to fixed it even if the time is so short and done it by the time before I flew and I do appreciate that a lot. He's really skilled, polite and knowledgeable and he is very calm when he talks and explain everything very nice and slow so you will understand what he's was saying. He will brief you about the details of your tooth so you'll be aware if your tooth will be sensitive and etc so you will not panick. Now, I can smell and talk with confidence. Fantastic experience: Finding a dentist for my kids has been a journey. Had the best experience with Dr.Eli and Nurse Julie of Kings Medical Center. They made both my kids especially my youngest to feel comfortable and relax during their cleaning, filling and tooth extraction procedure. She was always kind and gentle with her words and her actions. They have genuine love and care for their little patients and their patience are beyond extraordinary. Fantastic experience: I rate my visit with Dr Eli as 5 star. It was the best dental experience ever. Whole treatment well explained in advance . So I had clear idea of what's happening. For a fearless and safe dental visit, i recommend highly kings medical centre for dental treatment.

Negative experience: I was informed twice by 2 different employees on the phone that lingual braces for upper & lower teeth cost 5000AED and it is a fixed price and i can use Fazaa card if i want discount + paying the monthly adjustments of 250. When i went to the clinic Dr. Nikhil informs me that the price would be 8000 AED even though they clearly mentioned to me before that this is a fixed price and not a starting price for both upper & lower teeth. Anyways i accepted & I spoke with the receptionist & told him i wanna get the treatment done & i will use Fazaa card & they accepted. Once they let me get the Xray done & pay for it then they tell me that the doctor said he already gave you 2000 discount & the original price was 10,000 !! Such a lie.. once they find out i wanna use fazaa the price suddenly changed to 10,000? & the doctor never mentioned that he’s giving any discount (that’s why when he said 8000 i said i’ll use fazaa) & i never asked the doctor for any discount either! they just don’t wanna give the Fazaa discount so they just put 10,000 as original price to let me pay the price that they want. There are far better options in Dubai with caring professionals who care about patients satisfaction than just fooling them to charge more & get more money. Save your time & don’t go to this clinic unless u wanna get scammed & disappointed. Such a waste of time!

Negative experience: Awful experience with DR. ELI KASHFI (General Dentist), definitely not recommended, had a filling done in May 2024 and until now month of August I'm still in pain and my tooth remains sensitive.
