Fantastic experience: I had my braces treatment with Dr. Amer Aziz, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Amer was professional, patient, and truly skilled — he explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well organized. I also want to thank the receptionist, who was always welcoming, kind, and helpful with appointments and follow-ups. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!

The receptionist's response was unhelpful, telling me to 'check and call back.' I waited 6 days without any confirmation, and my last appointment was a mess - I had to wait over an hour. The front office team's attitude and lack of communication are major concerns.

The braces have broken twice within just one month, even though I followed all care instructions and avoided any hard or sticky food. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and delay in my treatment progress. I’m becoming concerned about the overall quality of the materials or the way the braces were applied. I would really appreciate it if this issue can be taken seriously and resolved properly. I hope to receive proper support and a long-term solution, as I want my treatment to continue smoothly without further issues

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience at this dental center. I visited along with my husband for a tooth cleaning appointment with one male Doctor (I don’t want to mention the name here), specifically for stain removal. While the stains were removed, the polishing was not done initially —we had to return and request that it be completed. The whole procedure from the start felt rushed and was done in a very hasty manner, as if the priority was to accommodate as many patients as possible rather than provide quality care. Today is the third day after the procedure, and my husband still feels pain in his tooth when having hot or cold drinks—something he did not experience during our previous visit to this clinic. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience overall. The last time we underwent the same procedure with a different doctor from this clinic, it was very well done. We are definitely not going back.

Fantastic experience: I have always been very scared of dental treatments since childhood, and today I got my wisdom tooth removed at Kings Dental Clinic by Dr. Fershid. I was very nervous and emotional before the procedure, but Dr. Fershid handled everything with such patience and care. The surgery was completely painless and much easier than I expected. I’m very thankful to Dr. Fershid for making this experience so smooth and comfortable. Also the doctors assistants Mrs prashantha and one more staff (i forgot her name) they were very kind and always keep on making me comfortable during the entire procedure .

The receptionist, Aileen, reached out to me and admitted their previous mistakes, which I truly appreciated. This time, Aileen provided excellent service she greeted us with a smile, ensured we didn’t have to wait since we had an appointment, and even made sure my partner won't have to wait on her next visit. I'm genuinely happy I returned because Dr. Amer is incredibly professional and accommodating. What I really liked was how gentle he was during the procedure, and unlike other clinics that charge high fees without proper care, he made sure to clean my teeth thoroughly before making any adjustments. I also noticed they offer juice to clients in the waiting area, and there's a staff member who escorts you to the treatment room, which adds a nice touch. The clinic itself is very clean, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast too. This time, everything was perfect, and I definitely don’t regret giving them another chance. I’ve decided to continue my adjustments here long-term and will no longer travel to Dubai for treatment it saves me a lot of time and money.

Negative experience: I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Amer—he’s an excellent dentist and very kind. The staff are also generally nice. However, the main issue is the extremely long waiting time. Even with a scheduled appointment and arriving on time, I consistently end up waiting 2–3 hours. This happened every visit, and it’s frustrating, especially when it’s just for a braces adjustment. It feels like they don’t value the patients’ time, which is disappointing. During my last visit for my braces removal, I politely asked the receptionist how long should I need to wait, as its already been over an hour and a half. She said she would check but never came back with an update, which I found very unprofessional. There were several people at the reception, so I believe at least one of them could’ve taken a moment to update us or acknowledge the delay. The service from the dentist is great, but the system for handling appointments and patient communication definitely needs improvement.

Fantastic experience: I Have done root canal treatment from them. I would like to share my experience. I went there just reading the reviews. Reception: It is like you are in 5 star hotel… I just randomly walked in there for consultation. They treated me in a very gentle way. Explained everything in a proper manner. They are professional. Environment: Its just more than what we see in images. Outclass. Specifically the fragrance is amazing. Everything will make you comfortable. Medical staff: Since I have done root canal treatment so an x-ray was mandatory before I go to doctor. Staff was cooperative and super friendly. I was so relaxed and comfortable for the process. Doctor and Treatment: Doctor Danish did my Root Canal. I told him it is my first time ever having a dental treatment. He replied: Don’t worry you are in good hands. And he listened my whole problem patiently then started treatment. Honestly I was a bit scared of pain… but believe me there was no pain at all in both sessions. 1st session he made a hole in my tooth until roots. Cleaned it and filled it temporarily. He gave me prescription of one antibiotic and one pain killer. I didn’t feel pain even for a second and I didn’t use any painkiller as he told me not to use in this case. After 1 week, I had my 2nd session, and it was smooth same as before. He didn’t gave me any medicine and I didn’t feel any pain. Conclusion: They are highly recommended for tooth treatment… specifically Root Canal. I’m writing this review 2 weeks post my treatment… Until now… I don’t have any pain. And I was able to eat just after 30 minutes of my treatment. Everything is smooth Alhamdulilah
