Negative experience: A dental clinic where all their appointments are wrong and they don't respect the patient. They make you go around to all the doctors so they can take advantage of your insurance.

Negative experience: A month ago, I underwent a root canal treatment through the crown, which was unexpected, but I agreed to proceed with it. Now, I am experiencing significant pain, and unfortunately, no availability. This situation highlights a lack of resources for emergencies. Maybe two stars seem excessive yet the pain remains the same. Ultimately, you can choose whether to continue working with this clinic or not.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the dentist Dr. Ali. I had my teeth treated by him about two years ago and I have not had any pain until now. In addition to the orthodontist Dr. Shalji, he is one of the best orthodontists. Almost all of my brothers have their teeth treated by him. If you want to choose a good dental clinic, this is the best.

Fantastic experience: I first visited this clinic when I was experiencing severe tooth pain. Like many, I relied on online reviews rather than a personal recommendation, which made me a bit skeptical at first. However, from the moment I called, the receptionist, Diniz, reassured me that I was in good hands—and she was absolutely right. A year later, I can confidently say that this clinic has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Ali, Dr. Don, Dr. Sreejith, Dr. Sreeleksmi, and the entire team of nurses and receptionists, including Diba, Ava, Lama, Mega, Toni, and Riza, have all been incredibly supportive and professional. I’m sure there are many more behind the scenes who contribute to the amazing care I’ve received, and while I may not know all their names, their kindness has not gone unnoticed. Going to the dentist isn’t usually something people look forward to, but this team has made every visit comfortable and even enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and care. Negative experience: Prices are very high, also a check that cost money, and they never sent me he outcome of the tests and xrays - feels like the clinic adding treatments, no needed treatments Clinic that seems to have an addiction to the insurance premiums ❤️3

Fantastic experience: Excellent 5⭐️service. Friendly staffs and very pristine facility. Taken my daughter for protruding upper teeth( over bite). Dr Shalji, orthodontist explained the abnormality and the plan in a simple way with the help of animation video and real life before and after photos. Dr Ruchi Pardiatric dentist also was brilliant.

Negative experience: Originally, my mother went here for a dental filling a few years ago. Within a few days, her filling fell out. After coming to a different clinic, a dentist said that the filling was done so poorly, that they didn't even clean out all of the caries before applying the filling (he showed her with a mirror the remaining black spots that were left on her teeth) Years later (2 months ago), we decided to revisit this clinic due to positive reviews, thinking maybe it was a one time issue. This time, it was to do a filling for me. After this filling I started noticing sharp pain when chewing food, but when I told the dentist this, she said it was normal and it will go away. Months later, it was still there. So I went to a different clinic, where the dentist immediately knew what happened - she said it was because the previous dentist overdried the dentin, and left an air bubble (she even said the air bubble is so big you can see it on the X-ray). She had to redo the filling (saying the filling was so poorly done, that chunks were falling out when she was redoing it). After that my pain went away. I also want to mention that my original cavity was tiny. But she replaced maybe 30% of my tooth with filling. My current dentist agreed with me that it was excessive, and there was no reason to damage the tooth this much. If this was some other sphere, I would not bother leaving a review, but this is medicine. You can't provide medical services with such poor quality so consistently. Do not risk your health coming here.

Fantastic experience: Very quick service! I had a partially broken tooth and they were able to see me same day. Dr. Ali was very knowledgeable and kind. I had an exam, X-rays taken, old metal filling removed and brand new permanent crown in place within two hours. I love the new digital technology!

I judge dental clinics against the world famous Guy’s Dental Hospital (and similar facilities)and I expect high standards. I was not disappointed. From the reception staff, to the ?manager (Lama) and the dentist herself, I have received only professional, courteous and caring attention. Due to a mix up, partly my fault, I arrived 2 hours early for an appointment; nevertheless, they found a way to accommodate the situation. They are flexible and understanding. Dr Amasel is a consummate expert in her field, professional and caring; a very rare combination in my experience. I highly recommend this clinic for adults and children. (I take my grandchildren here now and have found the paediatric dentist also excellent).

Negative experience: Booked a specific treatment 3 weeks in advance of traveling. Kept reconfirming the treatment I required, but never got answers back, and then the morning before the day of treatment I again asked them to confirm the treatment as had a long distance to travel to them (and had a bad feeling), no response all day then at 7pm the night before my 9am appointment they told me the product needed wasn’t in stock. Terrible communication hope their dentistry skills are better than their customer service, extremely disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Smile rite is the right place if you have kids who are scared of dental appointments . My daughter was super scared of dental appointments before we visited smile rite. In smile rite her first appointment was with Dr Sreelakshmi; she was so professional and she talked to her a lot and made her comfortable before doing the cleaning procedure. After her first visit she was so happy and got rid off her nervousness. Second she had an appointment with Dr Ruchi pediatric dentist; she is so good with children that my daughter got the fillings done super smooth. My daughter is so happy after each of her appointments that she keeps asking when are we going to visit the dentist next. Also they have an amazing and kind team in the reception who are so welcoming and ready to help you with the appointments.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place and receptionists. I would like to highly recommend Dr. Ruchi the pediatric dentist and her assistant. My son was very anxious and the dentist he visited before reaching Dr. Ruchi canceled his appointment because of that. Luckily Dr. Ruchi make him comfortable by talking and spent enough time to comfort him after he did not even cry of felt any pain for tooth extraction because she did her job extremely professionally and not showing him scary injections and tools.Second visit was also smooth my son love the doctor even was asking me when we can go again. Fantastic experience: Always get the best service here. Dr. Ali & dr. Srijit is my favorite dentist since I became a patient at Smile Rite, around 2020. All the staff are always friendly, the facilities are good and clean. Unfortunately smilerite does not have a pediatric dentist, however my children were still got well facilitated by Dr. Ali. Quality of dental fillings by Dr. Ali is very good and strong when I compare it with other dentists. I hope smilerite will open a branch in the city one day, so that I don't have to go all the way from the city to KCA keep it up your excellent job!

Second Dr Sarjeeth did a great job doing root canal treatment for 2 teeth he has magical hands . Dr Ali mastered the last touch with the crown . Last but not least Dr.Don did a tooth implant . Negative experience: Today I had a visit to the clinic with my 4 years child. Unfortunately, the doctor, clinic room and materials were not suitable for kids. They don’t have new techniques to be used with kids. I was shocked that the Doctor used injection for my child while she is only 4 years!!! And after that she didn’t continue the treatment because my child was crying!!!!! Horrible experience

The doctor that saw my daughter (sreenivasan) was not concerned at all. It felt like he was in a rush to leave or see the next patient. He looked at the xray, said “there is a cavity but nothing needs to be done, she’s 9 y/o and too young, see u maybe in 6 months, thank you, nice to meet you, goodbye”.. all in one breath! Complete waste of our time. No conversation. No concern. Get out. We were referred to him by another dentist in his office. If the case was so insignificant, perhaps a referral was not needed?

Fantastic experience: Best dentists and best clinic in AD I did my braces there and the results are amazing now my two girls. thanks to dr.shalgi and Dr.smita and Dr.do. Dr.rochi was patient my two youngest and she was able to deal with their fear of dentist. Special thanks also to the nurses and the receptionist.
