Fantastic experience: We discovered Achira Clinics through someone’s referral. And I must say that after our first family visit, we didn’t wish to look back anymore. We can’t recommend Dr. Kat enough - she’s lovely, amazing, highly professional and extends TLC whenever she works her magic on our dental hygiene and health in order for us to have a family bright smile :) Even my children felt comfortable and confident every time they sat on the dental chair. I also wish to commend her dental assistant for her tenderness and suitable help for Dr. Kat. Overall, I must say that the clinic is clean, the staff are lovely and helpful and yes, their free unlimited coffee is a cherry on top :)

Negative experience: I would rate them 0 , my back laser session took literally less than 5 min for the whole back and the hair grew back as if it was shaved only, but before that we were scammed for this “free consultation” when we went out of our sessions -wife and I- we had to pay for the consultation as the doctor prescribed over the shelf shampoo for us! so the consultation stops to be free once the doctor prescribes anything - without our knowledge- I sincerely don’t recommend this clinic to any.

I’ve been to other clinics in Dubai with different price ranges, but there’s no noticeable difference in hygiene or professionalism. Dr. Wesam was reassuring in both understanding the issue and resolving it. This is a clinic I would return to.

Positive experience: Clinic and staff and Dr Kriszia is avery good dentist. Shes my second dentist after my dentist retired here in UAE for 15 yrs now i found a new dentist i can trust just like my previous. I was recommended to her by Dr Achira himself when i had consult with him. Over all clinic is very equip with modern equipment and affordable with or without insurance. One note only for parking hopefully the bldg just have automated entry for the patients easy to park as Deira is challenging…

Negative experience: Very very very very very bad treatment. My permanent retainers which was supposed to last 4 years, didn't even last 4 months. Within 2 months it broke. And I pent 50,000 dirhams for my treatment. Don't recommend.

The receptionists are all very welcoming, warm and professional be it online queries or via phone calls. They have a free parking too under the basement of Ibis hotel, considering Deira is up 24/7 and parking is a nightmare, this is a big plus. Totally recommended!

Most especially Dr. Bhanu and Dra. Katrina, they’re so easy to work with in taking care of my teeth. They will give you options that suits your needs. Actually just had filling done by Dra. Katrina from one of my front teeth and to be honest, she’s so good that she made ot like nothing happened. She guided me throughout the procedure with gently and politely.

Negative experience: I just want to share my disappointing experience today. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve your patient handling and scheduling practices. I booked a 2:30 PM appointment for Dental Cleaning, Fillings, and a Consultation for my wisdom tooth extraction. I arrived at 2:35 PM, and the receptionist informed me that I would need to wait because there was still a patient being attended to. Around 2:50 PM, the receptionist apologized and told me to wait another five minutes. Later, someone else arrived (I’m not sure what time exactly), but he was accommodated before me. I asked the receptionist how much longer I would need to wait. She told me to wait and said she would check, but she never updated us, instead, she just returned to her desk. At 3:25 PM, after waiting almost an hour, I decided to cancel my booking. The receptionist explained that the doctor prioritized the other patient because he had a 3:00 PM appointment, and they prioritize patients who arrive on time. First of all, this is not our first visit to Achira. We are always early for our appointments, yet we are never accommodated on time. We consistently wait 10, 20, even 30 minutes. Second, yes, we were five minutes late today. However, when we arrived, the receptionist said there was still a patient inside and that we would need to wait, so we did. Even if I had arrived exactly at 2:30 PM, would I have been accommodated on time, considering that when we arrived at 2:35 PM, there was still a patient inside? Honestly, we don’t mind waiting 20 or even 30 minutes. But waiting for almost an hour, and being given a reason that doesn’t even make sense, is disappointing. If the doctor is prioritizing patients who are “on time,” then respectfully, are you also on time with your scheduling?

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to the clinic. Before each appointment, they check your weight and blood pressure. I previously had a dental cleaning and treatment, and this time I’m getting a crown. Dr. Wissam is very polite and gave me helpful advice about my damaged tooth. The clinic has a spacious waiting area, it’s clean, and the staff is friendly. A big plus is that they work with the Faza app, which offers a small discount on treatment. I’m very satisfied with this clinic.
