Fantastic experience: This is by far the best clinic for getting a root canal. I already did a root canal from another clinic and I had to pay extra for the filling and it came out. So when I had to do another one I tried family dental and it's the best decision I made. Dr Mirja did an excellent work and they did the filling as it's included. Fantastic experience: This being my first ever wisdom tooth extraction, I was quite nervous about the pain post surgery and wanted to ensure I go to the right Dentist for the procedure. After reviewing some dental clinic, I decided to go with Dr. joji as he was recommended by my family dental surgeon back home and addition to that, the clinic had really good reviews. While the procedure time depends from patient to patient, removing the bottom wisdom tooth was quick and painfree (ofcourse due to the anesthesia) and since it was quick, the doctor recommended to remove the above too as it was started to get infected already. The procedure went well and doctor explained everything everything well regarding post surgery care. For people with first time experience not knowing where to go, I would highly recommend Dr. Joji and Dr Mirja at Family Dental clinic.

Dr suggested to take xray and the recepnist mentioned it's part of consultation fee. We were OK to do later she told it's separate than consultation charge and needs to pay 150+150 aed. Fantastic experience: I've brought my nephew here for a root canal. Their pediatric division is so great and we had a premium experience. Dr Kashmeera is an excellent diagnostician and she did his root canal so well. It's been a more than a month and he has had no issues by far and they even provided a free consultation, just to checkup on how he's doing. This is by far the best dental clinic in Dubai.

Negative experience: Not sure why people mark it 5 stars! secretaries of this clinic kept on sending multiple wrong requests to my insurance that made me call the insurance and ask them to decline anything from this clinic! Looks to me the admin team lakes knowledge and language. I don't recommend this clinic

Unfortunately, I started experiencing "Biblical" tooth pain really quickly. Steven King horror movie kind of anguish! On a Saturday, Dr. Shameem, who was also on holiday , came to see me. Dr. Mirza came in on Sunday to visit me again, then Dr. Joji saw me on Monday to exorcise the possessed tooth! He understood the importance, went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and at times were I thought I was happy, he would instantly pick up on the little doubt, gave his opinion and continued trying till BOTH OF US was happy (goes to show how intuitive and genuine he and his staff are). Accessibility: located near Souq Extra Mall of Silicon Oasis Dubai with ample FREE parking. Office: The waiting room is clean and seats 10 people. They are often able to accommodate families together (they have many staff) and they also have awesome hours with evening appointments available! There are TVs in the area where you get your teeth cleaned...can't speak much about anywhere else, as I've not seen the rest of the office:)...but I am sure it is just as awesome! Staff: from the front receptionists desk to the back, all the staff are super friendly and work efficiently. I am not one of those people who is "scared of the dentist" but I've had bad experiences at other offices before with hygienists being rough. Not here...everyone is so good and I've seen different professionals...they will usually get you in with the same person, but if you need a certain date or time, they will accommodate you (schedule permitting)..
