Fantastic experience: Awesome I was referred from Aster Sharjah and got a same-day appointment very quickly. Due to traffic, I couldn't reach on time and arrived late. However, the team understood my situation and kindly accommodated me. During the procedure, I felt a bit claustrophobic, and they immediately arranged for a staff member named Nihad to be with me. His calm and reassuring counseling really helped. Zeenath Sarfraz was also very supportive, and the technician, Mubarak, handled the situation excellently. The service I received from the entire team was truly awesome. Everything was hassle-free. Even when I booked the appointment, the procedure was explained clearly, and Zeenath even guided me about parking availability, which was very helpful. After noticing my dizziness post-procedure, they assured me that I would receive my report on the same day -and they kept their word. I'm really grateful for the amazing care and professionalism at Aster Imaging Center. Thank you once again!
