Fantastic experience: I was absolutely terrified about getting my impacted wisdom teeth removed — especially because both my lower teeth were complicated cases, and I had heard from multiple dentists that they might need to be broken into pieces. I even waited two years and dealt with the occasionally complications because of everything that was going on and be being absolutely scared. But from the very first consultation, Dr. Irshad was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything to me, answer all my anxious questions, and walk me through the process in a way that made me feel genuinely safe and cared for. On the day of the surgery, he ensured I was completely comfortable before starting. He handled the procedure so gently and skillfully that he managed to remove both impacted teeth without needing to split them — something I was told would be unavoidable. My left side was more complex and, as expected, had some minor discomfort during the first few days. But even that was manageable. What shocked me most was my right side — absolutely no pain, no swelling, and zero issues post-surgery, despite having stitches! It honestly felt like I hadn't even had surgery on that side. It’s been a smooth, complication-free recovery, and I couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise, care, and a reassuring approach, I cannot recommend Dr. Irshad enough. Truly thankful for the experience.

Dr. Irshad is basically the dental version of a ninja: precise, calm, and you barely know he’s working until it’s done. He walked me through every step like a dental tour guide ("Here’s your nerve... and now it’s numb!") and followed up like a friend who actually cares how you’re doing post-breakup — only this time the breakup was with my tooth. Zero pain, zero stress, and honestly, 10/10 would let him extract my teeth again (just not hoping for a sequel). Fantastic experience: Well recommended dental clinic. Recently had wisdom teeth surgery by Dr. Irshad at DSO clinic and was a really positive experience. Dr. Irshad guided the complete procedure pre/post surgery in a very detailed manner with continuous follow up.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience. What my son went through with heartbreaking. The doctor who saw him afterwards explained what poor job was done. The xrays showed all the infection left in his tooth. Moreover, the crown was placed bigger than the tooth, which will prevent the adjacent tooth to grow… the doctors need to understand that these are kids, my son is traumatized…

Positive experience: I have had some expensive treatment here in the past, and one of the Drs was a bit misleading on the price I was charged. But however, my wisdom tooth removal was very smooth and very well done! It was my first surgery and naturally I was nervous, but Dr Irshad the oral surgeon was reassuring, quick, and gave clear recovery instructions. It was an almost painless procedure. He even follows up afterwards to check in, which makes the process helpful.
