Fantastic experience: Overall, it was a great experience. The receptionists were kind and helpful, and Dr. Ahmed took his time to explain everything thoroughly. He did an excellent job with my scaling and made sure I understood my issue, as I visited for a mild TMJ issue. Just keep in mind that it’s a private clinic, so without insurance, you’ll be paying a premium.

Negative experience: Not sure how I went their to fix my tooth filling, and left with a cracked tooth I did come back 2 times, but the dr said that the filling was only high and the pain will go away after a while, only for me to discover that my tooth has an internal crack and I need to pull it out and get an implant

The people at the front desk are amazing always trying to help with appointments and any questions that you might have. Special thanks to Rashid that helped me with a difficult appointment after the summer holidays.

Negative experience: Bad experience, i came twice for my appointment and they make wait for 30min !.They change my doctor without telling me ?! The clinic needs improvement of scheduling the appointments and make sure the patient see the doctor within les that 5 min from appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Azzam is the best endodontist! He has superb knowledge, skills and very professional. His bed side manners are also above and beyond. He answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Thank you Dr. Azzam for managing my treatments well and for treating me with excellent skills and oustanding service! Fantastic experience: We just left from an appointment with Dr. Mohammed, the Paediatric Dentist. I am so impressed! The whole thing was less than an hour. We came in for a suspected cavity. He examined our child’s mouth thoroughly and explained while he was going through the teeth. My child got a little worried when she knew that she had a cavity. Luckily we and they had time to do the procedure today. Dr. Mohammed chatted about the procedure in a way that comforted her. He checked in with her through the filling and made sure she knew what was going on and that she felt okay about it. She finished up with a picture for the no cavity club and a little gift. As we left she told me how easy it was and that she was okay with going to the dentist now. Hearing that made me relieved! Thanks to Dr. Mohammed and the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I’m petrified of dentists however I’d go back here anytime! Dr Ziad is kind, gentle and oh so patient with this patient. He is really good at what he does but he’s even better at making sure that I’m calm and comfortable before he begins his work! Thank you Dr Ziad. What I love the most is his music he plays while drilling away at my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Had bad experience with this clinic. Had a measurement of my crown for my tooth and the doctor asked me to come back within 5 days. I followed up my appointment after 2 days if it's confirmed but informed that they will call me back after a few minutes, unfortunately was waiting their call the whole day. Called again the next day and informed again that they will call me back as they will check first the availability of the doctor, yhe whole day, nothing happened. Called again on the 6th day, and turns out that they just only sent the request of approval to the insurance company on the 5th day. We have to move to the other dental clinic with this kind of experience.
