Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from Aster Pharmacy. I went to the Town Square branch to collect back pain medication, only to be told that my insurance had already been applied at the Silicon Oasis branch — without my consent or knowledge. I had to call four times to get this error corrected. The issue was only resolved at 11:15 PM, far too late for me to collect my medication that day. Because of Aster’s mistake and failure to take responsibility in a timely manner, I had to endure unnecessary pain overnight. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when dealing with health and patient care. Aster needs to seriously improve coordination between branches and train their staff to handle such issues with more urgency and empathy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vijay is great, the entire team were amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming. Dr Vijay explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I had a cleaning, tooth extraction and root canal done — it was painless and smooth (unless the anastesia part ). I truly appreciate their professionalism, gentle approach, and attention to detail. Positive experience: Was lied about the blood test price or not disclosed about the full range of what needs to be done. Getting an appointment during phone call got 300 overall - 200 for appointment and 100 for relevant test. During payment it went all the way up to 800. Be it a miscommunication or a lie, you can imagine that it was an unwelcome event. Doctor was nice, staff was also nice, but overall it’s a ‘no’ for me

Negative experience: I had previously given positive feedback for this clinic based on my wife dental experience. However, my recent visit has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My wife has visited the clinic last week due to a high fever, and the general physician prescribed medication and took a blood test. The next day, she received the blood test report and noticed that my CRP levels were significantly high. We repeatedly tried to contact the clinic to get the appropriate medication to address this issue, but received no response. Eventually, after contacting customer care, we were informed that the doctor was on leave. Despite multiple follow-ups over the next two days, she was told the doctor would provide a prescription, yet nothing was given for another full day. In total, it took four days just to receive a prescription—an unacceptable delay when dealing with a health issue that required timely treatment. This experience was not only a waste of time but also highly stressful. We had to keep calling customer care with no resolution or proper communication. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility shown towards patient health and well-being. I can only give 1 star based on this experience.

Negative experience: Dr. Pramit Giri is one of the worst doctors I have ever had the displeasure of consulting. He has no care for his patients and is simply there to push medications onto whoever he deems fit and does not pay attention to any symptoms or discomforts of the patient. To be fair, Asters motto is to achieve targets and prescribe as many tablets as possible to reach those targets. As a medical student myself, I can say with confidence that not a single one of the doctors at Aster would graduate from the University I attended. How is this hospital still in business. I thought doctors were meant to help and care not push products irrespective of the outcome.
