Fantastic experience: Really Great I love it

Negative experience: Informed them prior to appointment that I have metal implants in my wrist. I know metal can cause injury during MRI. Assured that I can come in. Drove 50min and took time of work. MRI cant be done. Claimed to have followed up with DISC but got no feedback. Waste of time.

Fantastic experience: ​I recently had an MRI at Resonance Imaging and Diagnostic Center (RIDC) in Dubai, and the experience was exceptional. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Their innovative "Movie Theatre" feature during the MRI, using a Virtual Reality System, significantly eased my anxiety and made the procedure much more pleasant. RIDC's use of advanced imaging technology ensured accurate and timely results. I highly recommend RIDC for anyone seeking top-notch diagnostic imaging services in Dubai.​

Fantastic experience: My experience was not good unfortunately the MRI process was very traumatic as the noise was unbearable and i was in a-lot of pain My 2nd MRI WAS A GAME CHANGER STRESS FREE WATCHED A MOVIE KEPT ME CALM DEFINITELY THE RADIOGRAPHER MADE A DIFFERENCE SPOKE TO ME BETTER THEN THE PERSON ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS Well done

Negative experience: Very bad experience!! Would not recommend to anybody, very very rude stuff. Literally gesticulated me with their hands if I don’t like smth than I have to leave and visit other place. So actually a would follow the advice of the stuff of this clinic and really visit another one. Haven’t seen something like that in Dubai, to be honest.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience from a to z. Booking an appointment was a hassle as they kept on saying they will call me back to let me know the slots available... then I had to go over the ultrasound twice as the nurse who 1st did it seems unsure of what she was doing, she then asked a doctor to come over and he did it all over again... when I was finally done and paid, they could not give me an invoice and said they will send it later. Its been 5 days and despite all my follow up I'm still without an invoice and unable to claim it to my insurance. As for receiving the images and report, same hassle ...

Negative experience: My only complaint is that they are slow with no sense of urgency.

Negative experience: Terrible practice, DO NOT RECOMMEND. First of all, my report was not sent to me on time (they promise 24 hours, which did not happen) and I was not able to have the report at the planned time of my doctor visit. When the report was finally sent, it was incomplete and at my request to complete the report, I was told that the doctor who did my report is on leave and I have to wait a week for the doctor to return. Apparently, no other doctor could do a new report based on my MRI... When the doctor finally returned, I still did not get a copy of my report; instead, it was sent to my doctor directly. Calling the Medical Director did not help either. Still waiting for my copy at the time of writing this review, 10 days after the MRI. The staff at the center was very nice though.. the only positive thing about this place I can note.

Negative experience: I have schedule my appointment at a certain time and they didn’t inform me, until I got there, that I have to wait more than 30 min to get my MRI. Very poor service. I would not reccomand and I would not come back

Negative experience: Yesterday we run with emergency case, jaw fracture . Kindly asked them to send at list in 24 hour, even to get cd after X-ray, took 6 hours, so we have to go back after 6 hours to pick the cd. On30 hours of waiting we didn’t get any report, so ask receptionist to send it, But she send images without report, what we have waiting for 30 hours,.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Resonance and I would highly recommend this center. The staff is professional, organized, efficient and friendly. The receptionist (Regine) was fantastic as she worked with the doctor to secure a timely appointment and the pre-approval from the insurance company. The MRI technician (Leslie) was very friendly, patient and compassionate. The radiologist on site provided the results the same day. Thank you team!

Negative experience: Incompetent doctor / wrong diagnostics : inability to detect cancer after 2 mammograms and 2 ultrasound carried out 1 year apart.Very bad experience, I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this clinic. I had a very pleasant call from the receptionist at around 12:30 and I was in for my MRI at 14:00. Greeted really warm and friendly and all the staff I interacted with made me feel very relaxed. The MRI was the best I’ve had. Professional and efficient and best of all I was able to choose a film to watch during the procedure. It’s fantastic as it takes your mind off what is going on. Thank you team. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing clinic! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. My experience with them was so easy and straightforward, as everything related to the insurance was handled prior to my arrival. During my MRI procedure, they provided me with VR goggles to watch a movie! This made time past super fast during the procedure :)
