Positive experience: Though I had put In a negative review however my thought had changed by the end of the whole experience . From one star to three but still scope of improvement. I was asked to wait for 30 min extra though I had taken appointment. However once my name was called everything was smooth from there on. I was given a CD which is an old tech for a scan pics. Would try to change that to pics or soft copy that can be sent on phone. One neg experience was that the report was not sent to me next day till the time I did not ask for it. Hence the three stars.

Negative experience: Because they are cheap compared to other radiology centres, they literally exploit patients. They don’t know how to present an ultrasound report. They will give you a CD which is such an outdated storage method and then they don’t even give you the original printed images from the USG machine. They give photo copies, what nonsense! 500 AED for such nonsense. Pathetic!

Negative experience: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs! I honestly don’t even know where to start. I went to this entity for the first time with my pregnant wife for an NT scan, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked the appointment in advance and made sure we arrived 15 minutes early, but we were left waiting for almost THREE HOURS before they even started the process. And this wasn’t even the worst part. We had to constantly ask about the delay, and when we did, the receptionist acted as if they couldn’t care less. Not only did they completely ignore us, but they also laughed at us behind the desk as if it was some sort of joke. The lack of professionalism was appalling. The second time I went for an anomaly scan, I was 45 minutes late (which is totally on me), but when I arrived, they told me to sit down and wait for another HOUR. After waiting, they told me to go home without even performing the scan. No explanation, no apology—just complete indifference and disrespect. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The staff here are rude, unhelpful, and clearly don't care about their patients. This place should be avoided at all costs. If you're expecting any form of respect or professionalism, don’t bother coming here. I’ll never be returning, and I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go, because this place clearly doesn’t value its customers.

Negative experience: Its really worst service.. no one is answering the phone and intentionally the receptionist told us because she was alone. Its not our problem. Dont waste our time to come at your poor clinic and telling us we need an appointment. Very dissapointed dont ever visit this radiology center.

Negative experience: Dr kavitha is very rude and body shame people and make fun of them in her language with another staff very bad experience and it was painful also, this is my second pregnancy, I never faced this on my first pregnancy . If a person have some health issues doesn't mean you have to say again and again about body fat.. it makes the patient also uncomfortable. Disappointed

Negative experience: Some people told me about the appointment system in this place it’s very bad it’s exactly Wright because they give me appointments at 0830 when we reached doctors not available and I was suffering because I have drunk a lot of water due to scanning procedures really it was unprofessional dealing with the patient They should know that and respect patients condition you just imagine some drinking water for one hour and waiting a lot till finish scanning after that go to toilet it’s really tuff time it was i suggest them to improve th self and respect patient condition

Positive experience: For new comers,The C block and entrance is difficult to find out kindly pls put visible board of block - entrance and safwa Radiology board, even the opposite pharmacy staff doesn't know proper entrance and made mary go round, Its great prices for radiology test, hospitals prices are far away, wish could avail discount in 1st review thanks

Negative experience: I visited this scanning center today with my wife for her NT scan, referred by Dr. Mini. Although we had an appointment, we waited for almost 45 minutes. After the scan, we waited a long time to get the report, which turned out to be someone else report. We then waited again for the correct report, which was incomplete. After leaving the clinic, they called us back to give us the complete report. I feel like they have very unprofessional staffs. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you visit this clinic, please double-check your reports or consider going to a more reliable scanning center.
