Negative experience: The person on the counter was completely lost about my queries, not able to understand what is my requirement. Despite giving the person my passport the name was captured incorrectly and reported incorrectly. There was no receipt provided for my payment. I don't know how much should I trust the values in the report.

Negative experience: Very, very slow. 18 hours after the sample was taken there is still no PCR result. Even during a peak a covid results were coming faster. Not recommended

Negative experience: Bad experience I went with my boyfriend and we did PCR test my boyfriend's results came back within 4 hours and I kept waiting for my results,I reached to them on a phone call to ask about my results and the excuse was my sample wasn't clear,I was told to wait for 3-4 more hours ,I reached them on a phone call again after 4 hours making it 12 hours but instead they told me they needed to use another machine to test again my samples.so annoying

Negative experience: Delay 24 hours. Customer service in PROMED office is rude. No one in PROMED answers calls to help in any concern. This is the last time I use PROMED or life diagnoses

Negative experience: PCR is normally 40 DHS. They made us pay 100 DHS for express PCR per person with the promise that the results are going to come out early. Well, my PCR took 13 hours to come out and I had to miss my appointment. Also, seeing that they had traffic, I called my parents to go get their PCR. My parents went there after half an hour and they made them pay 250 DHS per person!!! They are literally profiting off of us during this time when they have traffic because of school. This is highly unethical and they need to be held accountable for their misuse of disease.

Positive experience: Overall good experience. I needed to do a PCR test before travelling to Abu Dhabi. I was informed by this at 12:30. I called blue med, the agent was super nice, patient with me (I was super angry) and very supportive. I thank him for this. The nurse also was very friendly and quick, I felt no pain with the PCR test. One thing that I didn’t appreciate, the prices mentioned on website were available from 8AM to 12AM, after midnight the price increases. But overall, it was a very smooth experience. Note: I have received the results earlier than expected. (6 hours before). Now I can travel without headache. Thank you Blue Med Home Health Care.

Fantastic experience: Really amazed by the level of service at this hospital, I've gone to the 4th floor, did a PCR test that cost me 40 dirhams, and OMG!!! the results were there within 5h, sometimes it will take even less time. I've decided to book my next appointment through their website, so no need to wait for a few minutes during rush hours, very fast service & probably one of the best in Abu Dhabi!

Negative experience: This Clinic is very poor in their services from their nurses to their so called Philipino Doctor. This Philippino is so disrespectful and rude. They only render unprofessional services there. The front office team are also weak in their services. My advice to everyone is better don't go there for any of their services. especially Covid-19 pcr test. Unless if you want them to remove your brain. This Clinic is near the fish Roundabout-Deira.

Negative experience: I always trust this healthcare center. But please, next time, verify carefully the results of the PCR. You made 1 person positive then the re- test with you is negative, doesn't make sense at all. Pls do not cause anxiety to other person. This is not right at all.

Negative experience: Just a word of advice to those who go there for COVID test for travel,l. They will scare you into paying Dh100 instead of just Dh40. The usual turn around time is 12 hours, but they will tell you they can't guarantee so you will pay extra for express service. They are thieves. Avoid!!!!

Positive experience: Life DX has been recommended by friends from different industries. My 1st visit was about the RT PCR test and the results were received in less than 6hours. For the home blood collection, I opted to choose LIFE DX since I believe their services are above par. However, for this blood collection concern, I needed to call several times to follow up regarding the results of the requests I made, only to exceed 24hrs and some results were not yet available, then comes the notice for re-collection of blood sample. The rest of the process may be a bit stressful but at least it was done comfortably by a Filipino technician. Thank you also to the 1st lady technician, Hazar, she made my mother comfortable as well. I strongly recommend a more improved coordination so that the above par services can be sustained. This will bring in more customers based on personal experiences. Word of mouth cuts thru 4x faster than any marketing plan. Thank you for your services! Kudos to the team.

Negative experience: Bad customer service, I have done the test 18 hours ago and still did not get the result yet, I called them so they can call the lab to inform them that I really need the test for an emergency and they said it’s not 24 hours yet we can’t call the lab. I don’t understand, other places are cooperative when the result is late I call them and they help me. The result should be within 24 hours, not exactly after 24 hours! + they also told me I will get the result between 14 to 24 hours but they are sooo late with the results It’s my second and last experience with them, I’m never doing the test there again

The latest test I took was on 6 Jan around 9 am, I was informed that I may have to wait for the result between 24-36 hours. I got the result at the 13th hour. The queue was very easy and the waiting time was less than 10 minutes. UPDATE (28-02-2022) I've been using LifeDX many times. I went there again in the early morning at about 6.30. The whole process was less than 3 minutes. I received the results at 11.54am. Less than 6 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Fantastic experience: We chose the normal service (18-24 hours for 50 AED), and got the result after 7 and 8 hours. Check the details they enter and give your phonenumber and e-mailadress. There are three options to choose from: Premium Service: Results within 3 to 4 hrs / 300 AED Express Service: Results within 7 to 8 hrs / 200 AED Normal Service: Results within 18 to 24 hrs / 50 AED I think its a total scam to give the other express option. Give either quick (premium) service or normal. Marketing tricks on medical service I think is very rude.

Negative experience: Men on reception rude when you take test make sure check the details he made spelling mistakes also wrong date of birth and gender wrong too but rest of service is good.

Positive experience: Edit: Been there for few other PCR tests after the situation mentioned below, the result came faster (aprox 6-12h), but no guarantee that it will not happen again. ............................................................ Used to go there for a fast PCR test & result. Recently, they changed the waiting time for the test result and added some premium services at extra cost. Now, the normal test result should come in 36h, instead of 12-24h as it was before. Did 2 tests on 9th of Jan, on 11th, after almost 48h, no result and had to call the clinic. The result was ready in approx 6h according to the test report, but they didn't send it, even after the 36h. For sure I will look for other clinic as this type of service is not a good option for green pass, travel or cross the AD border....

Negative experience: No receptionist for a long time, even when a day is not busy they have lines. Had experience when I paid 200 aed for express test, results in 4 hours but i actually received the result in 8 hours and i was not warned about the delay

Negative experience: If you’re a tourist on Yas Island, don’t opt for their in-room service. They will just not show up lol. Just go to Yas Mall and get it done there in three minutes.

Fantastic experience: Paid for fastest 2h test. Did the test at around 8:30 and received the result less than 1 hours later. This must be the 3rd or 4th time I've received my results WAY earlier than expected. This place is the best PCR place ever.
