He will not let me leave the clinic without my teeth looking great and he knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to everything I need doing for my teeth. I Had the lovely DR Sara do the treatment for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. Sara is very knowledgeable with skin which is so important when someone is touching your face (delicate area). I have very sensitive skin and was nervous about having the treatment but she put my mind at ease. I had a skin booster treatment and can see the difference in my skin already. I was greeted and welcome by reception and within minutes I was speaking to the dentist about my treatment. I got teeth whitening done and I was very optimistic. Firstly my teeth were cleaned and then we started the process which was very simple and straight forward. I felt comfortable and at easy and my dentist was nothing but kind, gentle and helpful from the minute I walk in. I have noticed a massive difference and I am extremely happy with my treatment. Negative experience: Worst customer service.. Dr maha is a very good doctor but in my case she failed to treat me well. I went to their clinic for my tooth filling as inwas suffering pain only when i chew something from that side.. but when i went there and get my filling done improperly. Due to which iam suffering from intense pain continuesly . And when u contact their clinic with this issue they are taking it easy and wanted to charge me again. Its disgusting. They dont care about customer satisfaction.. they just care about money.. this is my honest review and will upload the screenshots of their whatsapp chats with me..

Negative experience: Would appreciate if doctor can look into his imagine of the clinic. The lady who does the appointment has alot of attitude and doesn't know her job well. If u msg her for a booking she will reply no slots available and we will get back to u but will never unless u remind her. I love the clinic and the doctors are good but dealing with her before you reach to the doctor is a nightmare.

It all happened by chance where i saw an advertisement and booked a free consultation, same day of consultation Dr. Maha removed my old composites and previewed beautiful excellent quality veneers. Negative experience: Disrespect, dishonesty in conducting a deal, when you ask them for a treatment plan and the type of X-ray required to send to get the medical insurance approval; I have to pay 500 AED to get the treatment plan! Although it was not mentioned to me in the 1St visit. Money talks first! I don't and will not recommend this clinic to ANY ONE!
