Fantastic experience: Got my RCT done here recently and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Mona was super thorough. She explained everything clearly before and during the procedure, so I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. That really helped ease any nerves. Her hands were also really light, which made the whole thing feel way less intimidating than I expected. What stood out too was how careful the assistant was. I’ve been to other clinics where suction and tools end up poking random parts of your mouth or forcing it wide open for too long, but none of that here. Everything felt gentle and well-coordinated. Shoutout as well to the two friendly Filipino staff at the front. They were warm, accommodating, and kept checking if I wanted water or coffee while waiting. It’s those little touches that made the whole visit feel relaxed and comfortable. Overall, pain-free and way better than I imagined a root canal would be.

She took an hour to describe and explain my case which was a damaged done by previous dentist in Dubai. She came forward with proposed treatment. She inspired trust all the way through the procedure.
